I was door dashing 3/2/26 around 9pm and there was an employee on the floor who kept taking his hat off and proceeded to make food without swapping out his gloves. As someone who works in food, this is unacceptable and gross. Not sure if it was the manager on duty as his uniform is black and everyone else’s is red.

Drove over from Illinois and decided to give Five Guys a shot. This is probably the best fast-food restaurant I have ever been to. The people behind the counter were friendly, and the fries were made seconds after I ordered. I wish I could take this place back with me.

We ordered our usual great tasting burgers with delectable veggies. When ordering a little fry my wife and I would get enough to share, but to our surprise there was little to that fry order and we had to do something we’ve never done before (since enjoying the meals since 2015 League City near NASA Houston Texas) – order another fry. Wow! That was odd, hopefully it doesn’t happen again. Still – the food tastes great.

This 5 guys is wonderful. My son has celiac and they are always wonderful about his gluten allergy. The place is clean an well maintained…the music is a little loud for my taste but other than that everything is always clean an tidy. The burgers come out hot and as ordered. I know they are on the high-side in terms of price, but this location is worth it for me and my family. Not fine dining but a quality burger with friendly service in a clean spot make it a solid spot.

From my past two stops, I can say that the food has always been good and they always fill the bag with bomb fries.
If you order a burger make sure to grab some extra napkins, they’re good but messy.
