I order a steak burrito, I got a tortilla with nothing. I got a tortilla delivered to my house. Im so pissed. I like Taco Bell all they sent was me a 7 dollar god dang tortilla. Im livid. Just leave me yalls email, I just want my damn free burrito all i got was a tortilla with nothing. Plz leave your email so I can get my 7 dollar burrito that I never got. I speaked to the manager she was confused as well, I never put for my burrito to be empty I dont understand, she said to come get a new one but I wasnt capable so plz leave an email with a way of getting my burrito bc all I received was an empty tortilla , that is all.

I ordered two chicken chalupa combo meals through DoorDash at around 12:30AM
The receipt and order name were correct, but when I opened the bag, both chalupas were beef. I do not eat beef, so I couldn’t eat anything and had to throw the entire order away.
This wasn’t a small mistake — it meant I went to bed hungry after paying for a full meal. Orders involving different proteins need to be handled more carefully, especially when customers may have dietary restrictions. Very disappointing experience.

The employees at this location are amazing; they are always so kind. They always get my order correct. The one time they didn’t, Ricardo went above and beyond to make up for it. He remembered me and my previous order. Wonderful experience

Not to happy with this taco bell in specific, everytime I go to this taco bell something is always messed up. Today 11/21/25 I picked up a mobile order and I also placed another order for myself separately. I asked for the luxe cravings box and also asked for the chicken chalupa to be switched to a beef on with no tomatoes. I open the wrapper and guess what, chicken chalupa… Or the day before today I ordered the same exact box with the same exact modifications. Chicken chalupa was supposed to be beef which is was but I also stated no tomatos and got tomatoes, I also asked for extra nacho cheese and was charged but guess what? No extra cheese.. could go on but this taco bell in specific needs to SLOW DOWN and read the orders. Cashier’s are great they get the order correct but whoever makes the food needs to slow it down and read… I know I’m not the only one because I came in to order and immediately two people came back in stating something was missing or wrong in there order… Do better.

Came here today for some tacos and a chicken quesadilla. Everything came out great although if you get the doritos locos taco don’t add potatoes that was my mistake. Anyways had great service by everyone but wanted to shout out Ricardo he had such a great attitude and really showed how much he cares about the people who come in. First thing was greeting me. Even tho I really only use the machines when coming in he still made sure everything was good with me AND THE PEOPLE AROUND ME. Haven’t seen that from a taco bell in a very long time. I thank you Ricardo and everyone else on this team for my great service and hope this message finds everyone well.

Stoped here to pick up lunch for my staff. I appreciate that there customizations allow me to get items for my vegan and vegetarian eaters. The staff was thorough and kind as I worked through my large order. I also appreciated being able to see through the kitchen from the front. They keep a very clean work space.

I placed an order for a $7 luxe box with Issaka S. 9/30/25 at 9:51 pm at the drive thru and she had me park out front until 10:03pm to get my food and still didn’t give me my drink. That place is run by clowns who obviosly do not care or know how to treat customers. Incompetent, slow and lazy and did not even care about the crappy service they provide.
