I’m disappointed with my recent experience at this location, particularly regarding the mobile ordering system and customer service.
The app allowed me to place a breakfast order, confirm that I was at the restaurant, receive my code, and wait in line. However, by the time I reached the drive-thru speaker, I was told breakfast was no longer being served. The app should have a clear cutoff or a system that recognizes when a customer has checked in and begins preparing the order. As a former McDonald’s employee for six years, I know my store would have honored the order since it was placed before the cutoff and the customer had already arrived. This situation was not caused by the customer, and the order should have been honored. McDonald’s as a whole — and this location specifically — could do better at accommodating technology-related issues instead of placing the burden on the customer.
Additionally, I frequent this location and have noticed a consistent lack of basic customer service. Simple interactions, such as wishing employees a good day, are often met with minimal responses and no friendliness. I understand every day isn’t easy, but customer service standards matter. Employees are the heart of the customer experience, and a welcoming attitude makes a big difference in whether customers feel appreciated and want to return.
Overall, this experience left a bad impression, and I hope both the technology processes and in-store service improve.

I orderd Extra onion, and got, at most!!! 3 small little pieces of onion on my sandwich….i dont even know man!? yall are usually pretty good but that just made me cry! Im not crying from the onions either obviously……more onion please!!!! idk if its extra charge but i really was looking forward to speaking to my mother in law and making her squeemish with my onion breath!!!!……… now you have ruined that for me today…..so for that im checking my food here on out Playas! You better be on that game hard boys n girls!

The manager decided to scream at her employees like they were scum.(looked to be teens) It was so loud everyone heard her in the dining area. Yelling “For the love of God stop it! Stop Bickering! We have to work together as a team! You have been bickering all night. Stop it now!” It took 25 mins to get our food because the poor teens were obviously scared and kept messing up. Who can work when you’re being screamed at?! I had my two young children with me to top it off! The manager needs to learn how to speak to her employees and be a team player herself.

Ordered McMuffins asked to have the edges not burnt as I can’t eat them crispy and get down the road on my way to work just to find out they are really burnt, called to talk to the lady and she was very rude will not be going back there for a long time, not the first time I’ve had problems with this McDonald’s particularly.

went through on a friday afternoon and only wanted a double cheeseburger with extra cheese and extra pickles. i didn’t want anything else. typically this mcdonald’s doesn’t mess up my order, but i check my burger every time since most do. it only had ketchup, a lot of ketchup and no extra cheese or pickles. so then i went in, and asked for a new one. they messed it up that time too, same thing, just ketchup and no extra cheese. so i went in again, and messed it up again. this time, slathering my burger in onions that i didn’t ask for.
horrible experience. i shouldn’t have had to come in twice and end up with a messed up burger 3 times.

I ordered a Bacon, Ranch, Crispy Chicken sandwich. What a disappointment! There was very, very little ranch. I thought the person who waited on us was very good. He told the person making sandwiches exactly how to make it from the front…might go back and see what is actually going out….
