20 minutes for a combo. Zero customers at this location. Only me. Greasy floors, ladder partially blocking the doors. Nobody working on it. Order was wrong. Waited longer for a baked potato that felt like a mud ball. Shocking location. Sandwich was ok .

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Wendy’s. The drive-through employee seemed very unsure of what she was doing, and I nearly drove away without receiving the drinks that were part of my order. I had to pause and double-check before leaving, which should not be necessary at a fast-food drive-through.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. The fries were particularly disappointing—they did not taste fresh and lacked the usual texture and flavor I expect from Wendy’s fries. They seemed either old or improperly prepared when compared to other Wendy’s locations I’ve visited.
The only positive part of the order was the Baconator, which was prepared correctly and tasted as expected. Unfortunately, that alone was not enough to make up for the rest of the experience.
I may consider giving this location another chance in the future, but this visit fell well below expectations and did not reflect the standard I normally associate with the Wendy’s brand.

In all my years living in Centre County, I’ve never had a problem ordering at this Wendy’s. The cashier was nice, but I can’t say the same thing about the people preparing the food. I could hear them loud and clear, about them complaing of how I made my order, in a very condescending and rude way. They were saying it in Spanish, thinking no one could understand them. Well, I am Hispanic, so I understood everything they were saying. This is to say, I will never come back to this location.

Went inside to eat and felt like I was eating inside a prison or something. It had absolutely ZERO atmosphere, zero decorations, zero colors. Also you have to order on a screen which a bunch of fast food places have switched to and I MUCH prefer talking to a human instead of touching a screen.

WORST experience i have ever had. Closed dining room 30 minutes early and made us walk through the drive through. We then had to wait 30 minutes to be able to order, and someone went inside to let them know we were waiting outside and she shushed us. Claimed they were busy but she were one of the only people there.VERY rude staff, and took forever to get our food. Also we weren’t allowed to make multiple orders even though we were in a group of 5 people.

Do not go here whatsoever!! They don’t know the difference between cooked product from raw product. I received a 10 piece chicken nugget that was partially cooked and was told by an employee that they were fine and fresh. I’ve worked in fast food, and I can assure you that those were halfway cooked. Those could’ve easily gotten somebody sick. Those nuggets look like they have warts on them!!
The video even shows another customer upset with the chili tasting ‘sour’. I even had a lady ask me “should we eat here?” To where I mouthed to her “Don’t.”

I was waiting for a long time, since I haven’t been to this store. The restaurant could be more clean and appealing. The service was slower than I anticipated, I saw people walking away without ordering. But the food tastes great, I loved their fries. Plenty of parking right by the atherton, and enough seating capacity for a big group.

Three days ago. I went into Wendy’s to place three separate orders. The plan was to get 1 [1 cent burgers with each order]. NOPE!!! First, you have to download the app ‼️ Out of all the orders, I was told I could only purchase 1 – 1 cent burger . It wasn’t worth the hassle, so I didn’t download the app.
Now for my order…. I waited over 30 minutes to receive cold fries and burnt, dry nuggets. I will not be ordering from there any time soon. Very disappointing !! I spent over $30 on food that wasn’t worth it.

This is honestly the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Mobile orders don’t work the food takes forever and when you do get the food it’s not hot and missing items. There was dirt on the inside of our frosty cups. This has been an ongoing issue for this Wendy’s for awhile. We will not be going back for awhile.
