I have to be honest….the corn on the cob and the green beans was bland..no seasoning any where at all ♂️…green beans straight out of the can….corn cob jus full of butter….fries…no salt….Now let’s get to the skrempz (shrimps)…. fried just right..omg seasoning just right grilled or fried as a matter of fact..fie … hush puppies fish …. I’ll be back…all I want is fish skrempz (fried and grilled).. hush puppies… PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR BEING HONEST ♂️…THE MAC N CHEESE DIDN’T EVEN COME OUT OF A BOX ….STR8 GARBAGE ️ THE OKRA ️….RED BEANS AND RICE THAT’S OK….U CAN KEEP ALL SIDES FROM THIS PLACE….TWO DAYS IN A ROW AND THE SHRIMPS AND FISH IS THE BEST ‼️

I was traveling through Little Rock and was just looking for a comforting quick evening meal to eat and then back to the hotel and on the road again.
Selected Sam’s based solely on reviews and wanting fish. I am thankful I did! I ordered a half order of fried green tomatoes and the 4 piece fish meal with fried okra and red beans and rice. Everything was delicious. The meal was a standout and reminded me fondly of home and growing up. I cannot recommend Sam’s highly enough. Thank you for your warm hospitality and delicious food! And all at a reasonable price.

Worst Southern food ever!! Chicken has a lot of black veins on the inside. This cannot be catfish. It doesn’t even flake when you pull it apart. Shrimp was overcooked. They gave me no sauces (hot sauce, tarter, cocktail) when I specified to give me extra in the comments. Okra was soggy. Mac n cheese was soupy and no flavor. I didn’t attempt to eat the red beans and rice it just didn’t look edible. Zero stars should be an option.

Food was delicious, and the service was great! I had the 4 piece fish and they threw in an extra piece. My wife had the fried shrimp. We both had fries and okra. Our waitress recommended the okra… it was outstanding!

Great fried fish for a great value. My wife and I stopped in passing through Little Rock and this may be our new go-to any time we’re in the area. The service was good, the food was hot and tasty, and everything was priced excellently. Definitely worth checking out if.

Ordered take out so expected our food to be fresh. The fried green tomatoes, fried mushrooms and Philly chicken sandwich with fries were hot. Everything else was cold or barely room temperature. Very disappointing since I visited the location in Texarkana and received my food piping hot from the grease. Almost too hot to eat, but I didn’t mind waiting for it to cool off. Considering we had a fairly large order I’m really surprised they didn’t think enough to prepare everything fresh. The taste of the fish and the shrimp was not as good as the Texarkana location. I wanted to give this location a chance since it’s closer to where my family lives, but I will not be back. Also not sure why we received 6 containers of tarter sauce for 3 pieces of fish.

First of all, I stayed on hold for an hour and I’ll post pictures of how long I was on hold waiting to try to even order. I got so exhausted waiting while the person that had me on the phone to take my order. carried on the conversation with one of her friends at the counter while I sat on the phone, waiting to get my order to second I had to order it online and I still was on hold not to mention that my food was called. Then I was met with an attitude by an ignorant African-American manager that was working the register we was met with rudeness nastiness, everything I asked for with my food I didn’t receive he was snappy like he didn’t want to be at work and then when the food was brought home and we went to eat it, The food was called, but I just said I was going to just eat the food and not complain but my son bite into the food and he broke his tooth because there was something inside of the hush puppy, I have a picture of it. We tried calling management we tried talking to management. I even asked for a refund. Also ask for upper management and was met with nothing but disregard and ruin this for the fact that my child If you don’t want something in your food and you don’t wanna get sick, don’t eat here if you want to get sick go ahead and eat here if you like nasty rude service and this is the place for you to go eat it. I wouldn’t bring my dead dog up here to eat anything there is a video of the phone call the food that I threw in the trash and how the management treats customers and they don’t value you their customers or your complaint at this establishment. I even called the franchise company and the people that take the payments for the food to find out how do you make a complaint because somebody is responsible for my child tooth I was met with nothing but disregard so now I’m taking it to social media because there seems to be the only thing people understand is when they get seen in public for what they really are also, I reported it to Arkansas food administration, and sent them pictures and video of the food end of the conversations I had with the restaurant

I was excited when I saw oyster PoBoy on the menu, I was beginning to think New Orleans was the only place I could get one. But I have to admit I was a little disappointed when the meal came. The Poboys were wrapped in aluminum foil and looked like two burritos. Then it was a bit skimpy, four pieces of oyster on the entire sandwich. I ordered some extra pieces of oyster to put on the sandwich. It tastes great but I ended up paying way more than I ever want to pay for sandwich. A friend of mine ordered the oyster platter, I wish I would have went that route. Other than that the food tastes great and the service was good.
