I ordered two plain biscuits with cheese added and specifically requested that they be rung up as plain biscuits (à la carte) rather than full breakfast sandwiches with ingredients removed. Instead, I was charged for two full sandwiches with items removed, bringing the total to nearly $6. When I calmly asked if the order had been entered correctly, the manager responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner rather than addressing the pricing concern. The interaction felt unnecessary and avoidable.
I would appreciate this matter being reviewed, including the way the order was entered and the level of customer service provided. Thank you for your attention to this concern.

One of the cleanest Mc Donald’s. The service is also better than others in the area. They had the arch deluxe and too bad it’s a limited time item because it was good and cooked well. Only issue is that it’s in a very busy area and it’s connected to a gas station. The last four times I have been through, the service was great.

So I go to order from this restaurant pull up at the drive through .order a value meal from the first list u see. i ordered a mc double and you get to pick anything for $1 from that list chicken nuggets 6 piece total around $5 and change , the girl places my order $10 and change then tell me that’s what the price is .
it comes with a soda and fries she needs to go back to school to learn how to read before being place at a drive through window . I will not be coming back to that McDonald’s ever . Sometimes the food be cold after waiting for 10-20 minutes. How is it cold ? How the workers don’t know the menu ? SMH service sucks

I placed my order at 11 PM and waited in the drive-through line for approximately 10 minutes, followed by an additional 20-minute wait for my order. The food was a bit cold. The personnel appeared somewhat displeased, and it seemed as though they would have preferred to be elsewhere. It might be beneficial for individuals who find themselves in such roles to consider whether the environment truly aligns with their preferences, especially when it impacts the customer experience.

Too long to receive breakfast that it is almost lunch time at this point. They move unorganized. While waiting for my dine in order I noticed people receiving their orders asking for ketchup several customers. Common sense says put ketchup on the tray as well so you don’t have to double back and forth. Very unorganized. And this is the management doing this. Think first on how to be more valuable at your job because at this point you are just making yourself tired.

I ordered a Strawberry Milkshake on the mobile app. When I went to pick it up I was handed a Strawberry and Banana Smoothie. I knew what it was and kindly asked the worker if it was a smoothie when I ordered a Shake. He proceeded to get upset with me for asking him, and then I asked him to add whipped cream to my supposed milkshake, in which he proceeded to get upset with me and not hand me a straw after he added whipped cream. When I found a straw, it was a smoothie. Leaving 1 star for atmosphere because the lady at the first window was kind.

Monday through Friday the speed and accuracy is there. Weekends are the WORST. I understand things happen like call outs, understaffing but waiting in the drive thru line for 30+ minutes and nobody answering either speaker?? I gave this location a second chance on a weekend and thought it would be better. Nope. Don’t think I’ll be coming to this one anymore :/

Honestly I never ever leave reviews, but please don’t go to this McDonald’s or even order from them.

Their staff is absolutely astonishingly awful. Rude, inconsiderate, incompetent, and inconsistent.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but their staff is absolutely the worst people I’ve ever dealt with in my life, even for a McDonald’s.

They mess up orders, and proceed to not only not take accountability, but won’t try to fix anything they’ve messed up, will be extremely rude to you, make up policies that don’t exist because they’re lazy and incompetent (literally said it was against store policy to give… Sauce ????)

I would literally tell anyone thinking about going to this store, to buy a sandwich from BP before ever going here, starving or not.

No wonder they give their people a bad reputation.

November 29th, dine in breakfast. Waited over 40 minutes for my meal. Got my meal, orange water, hash browns and a steak egg cheese egg shell McMuffin. I won’t be back ever again. Reporting this incident to headquarters.

It’s October 4th 2025 at 1007 am. Spent almost 10 dollars on breakfast. My orange juice isn’t juice at all. It’s orange water. I took it back to the counter to get another large oj. But the second one is the same taste as the first one. The rest of my order is okay but I cannot support this short cutting and cheating the customers. Their point grade has even dropped to a 3.2. Not good. Won’t be back to this location anymore. I’m close to just not supporting McDonald’s at all anymore. Quality has drastically fallen. They really don’t care about us as customers.

So it’s august 9th 2025. 940am. Dine in. I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal. First my bagel is burnt so much that it’s falling apart. Second there is too much sauce on this. It taste like it is old. To get the attention of staff it takes an act of congress. They see you and keep walking by. I’ve spoken several times to gain at least eye contact but they act like I’m not there. I only needed ketchup. Finally got their attention and the girl that I interacted with was antisocial. She didn’t even acknowledge me as a customer. Do better or get a whole new staff that knows what customer care means!!!

Slow and not attentive to orders. They don’t read the orders from the app if it’s customized.
