Staff was friendly. The food was what one might expect from a diner. It was like eating at home. Knocked a star off because some of the patrons found a reason to stare…hard.

The restaurant is far from my hometown, so maybe it was because we’re strangers. Hard to say, but I was a little unnerving. However, it was really tasty and cooked very well. I would definitely go again if I pass through the area.

1st and last time coming here. I ordered the Meatloaf it was so dry, like it sat under a heater all day. I showed the waitress. She could careless. I was offered another piece of dry meatloaf. ” No Discount or anything” I also upgraded to the chili for $1.10 which was good. I asked if they could put some onions in it. I was charged $1 for a spoonful of onions in my chili. My wife had a baked potato and asked for sour cream. That also cost $1. We were offered no napkins or got refill on water. The service was just as bad as the meal. Smh so sad bc its a cute diner.

Simply delicious! We’re first time customers coming from out of town and we wished this place was closer! I had the bbq pulled pork Mac n cheese and hubby had the Philly steak sandwich, both amazing! If we’re ever back up this way we’ll be sure to stop again! It’s hard to find places with a friendly wait staff and great service and this quaint cafe nailed it!
