It’s McDonald’s. Staff are polite.MY major problem with this establishment is that there bathroom is always horrible. Like they don’t have any workers that put forth a effort in cleaning it at all. Went in one day to use there facilities and seem as someone cut there hair over the sink.Came in the next day,hair was still there. So now I wonder how much cleaning do they do around where they prep food.

I arrived at 9:17 pm. The sign said that dine-in service ends at 10 pm, but I was refused entry even though it was still before closing. I was walking and only wanted to sit down and eat quickly.

I waited over an hr for an order I placed in the drive thru for one meal. I decided to go inside the restaurant and was told by the Manager who was talking on the phone that I was unable to get a refund and that she quit and then she walked out. There was only two other employees behind the desk working in the entire restaurant and they were unable to give me a refund as well. One of the McDonald’s employees tell me that he will be calling the police on and he’s asking everyone to leave out the McDonald’s lobby. This was insane not only day I pay for food that I didn’t get. I was unable to get a refund nor my order and was asked to leave several times. This happened 12/29/2025. Around 1:45 pm I have a video of the entire conversation with the employee. I’m unable to upload it because I can only upload a picture

Only thing I complain about was the drinks was a bit water down. I don’t drink liquor at all, but my sister said her drink tasted like it was mixed with water.

One of the worst McDonald’s out there. Restaurant needs some maintenance both inside and outside. They always have attitude in the drive thru and more than likely your order will be wrong. Terrible overall. Go to a different McDonald’s.

Some guy at the window just told me to wait I was already waiting somebody behind me was revving their engine which led me to honking. Now I get up to the window and the lady doesn’t even know my order. And you didn’t have to yell at me and say my name. Definitely felt attacked for just waiting
