I had a disappointing experience at Roppolo’s Pizzeria. While the location is convenient and the slices look appealing at first glance, the pizza itself didn’t live up to expectations. The crust was overly greasy and lacked structure, making the slice hard to eat without everything sliding off. Flavor was pretty flat, with too much cheese and not much balance from the sauce. Service was fast, but it felt rushed and impersonal. It works if you need a late-night slice in a pinch, but for the price and hype, I expected much better quality and consistency.

Ordered a few slices to go on a random Wednesday evening and the pizza was good. We ordered a few slices of meat lovers, a supreme and a buffalo chicken. The meat lovers and supreme hit the spot, the buffalo chicken was okay. People inside were nice and where it’s located, it was pretty clean inside.

It’s a good street pizza. I think their storefront location close to campus tastes better, but still better than a chain pizza.
Service was great… but it is pricey. I think it was like $7 for one slice. But hey when you don’t have competition you can charge it. And if you don’t want to eat there, don’t. I’m sure the rent for that location is extremely expensive

Roppolo’s Pizzeria on 6th Street is a must-try in Austin.
The giant pizza slices are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crisp. Excellent quality and the perfect late-night stop downtown

I dropped in here (well, dropped im for takeaway) several times. It only opens early evening, but keeps going until the small hours. The pizzas are fabulous, and after a few visits, this being my first visit to Austin, I felt very welcomed. Very tasty!

Late night pizza place when hanging out on 6th Street. Great- quick service. Reasonable pricing. The crust was a little chewy for my liking, however it tasted really good. Overall for some quick food and a nice big slice- I’d totally come here. Many different options in their cases. Yes, they do reheat the pie when you order. Although, it seemed to be done in an actual oven and not in a microwave or anything like that.
