I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with no onions and no bread to account for my gluten intolerance and got a burger with the sauces and 2 shreds of lettuce. When I took it back and asked them to correct the order, the cook put onions and tomatoes and gave it back . I asked for more lettuce and she said she put lettuce in there. Still didn’t get the cheese.
The store has been updated and was beautifully designed.
Their staff just needs a bit of training in customer service.

The dam food haven’t been found to be as satisfying. And it’s as if they just toss your food on a bun don’t care how it looks.and getting what you order it’s always something foodnot always hot fries and meat looks and taste old and like yesterday and its sad they dip left overs in old smelling grease as if it fresh.im ask each time i order to do something and send in ever dence for each time and what time.now i give Wendy’s top of the charts on comparison.they handel their business and takes care of their customers great job team wendy

I drive for a living and, every time I visit McDonald’s, I order the same thing: a Carmel Frappuccino. To my dismay, it took me an excruciating 20 minutes to receive my drink. While I patiently waited, I couldn’t help but notice that three other customers were served their orders before mine. The only explanation they provided was that the machine itself was responsible for making the Frappuccino.

We waited for about 5 or 10 minutes just to pay for our order. Then waited some more time for our food, only for the fries to be overcooked, dry, crunchy and no salt. Glad I am traveling and likely won’t have to visit this location again.

The food was abysmal. The fries were unsalted, the burgers were drier than normal, the burgers also were not prepared correctly. The worst of all were the drinks. Not sure what was wrong with them, but its like they had no carbonation and they waited until after they were poured to add the ice. Easily the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.
