Very nice restaurant. Loved the way it was decorated, our food was delicious, they have a wide selection of food items available. Clean restrooms, easy accessibility and plenty of parking. Very close to the Charles Town Casino and Event Center.

I came here last night with my parents, Mom, dad, & and my step dad after a night at the casino for my 21st birthday. I truly had the best experience here. Our server, I think her name was Tamera (I butchered the spelling) is probably the best server I’ve ever had in my life. She was so cheerful, incredibly helpful, incredibly FUN and truly helped make our night one to remember.
The restaurant itself was very cozy, we sat in the bar area and the vibes were very comfortable but that could’ve been because they were slow and not many people were there.
For food we mostly did apps but I did get I think the whiskey bacon burger and it was probably one of the best burgers I’ve had I want to say ever.
THE DRINKS, obviously the reason we came. It was my first time drinking so naturally I wanted to try different shots and I did have a piña colada (delicious btw) and my parents were asking for drinks that weren’t super well known but the staff legit went out of their way to accommodate us and our crazy requests. It was absolutely hilarious hearing the staff laughing about the crazy drink names and my inability to take a shot lol. It honestly felt like I was surrounded by my friends that’s how great the vibes were. Even though we came out to drink our server (once again she was absolutely amazing) brought me some water because she didn’t want me to end up miserable the following day which was incredibly sweet and smart.
Thank you to the incredible staff who worked Jan. 19 2026 at 9-10 at night! You guys made my birthday truly memorable with my family and I am forever grateful!

Fantastic experience. I left there smiling and so satisfied.
The waitress we had (I think Tymira?) was so cheerful and attentive, absolutely made our night. She was mindful of our young child and made us laugh many times! She made sure our kid got her food quickly (the baby was hangry), even though the kitchen was a bit slow for the rest of us. Worth the wait! All our dishes were exactly right and totally delicious! i even got a lava cake togo and it was packaged well and freshly warm = icecream not melted. Thanks guys! We’ll be sure to be back if we’re in the area.

Took my wife and my 2 daughters here for dinner and had an amazing time. The food is delicious every time we go, this has to be our favorite restaurant in the area. We had a phenomenal server named Cady, she really made us feel welcomed. If anything, we would come back for the service alone.

Tymira is as fantastic. We had a very large party late in the evening and the hostess was able to accommodate to seat us. We may have order d half the menu which would be a waitresses nightmare, but Tymira was super happy and positive the entire time. Top notch service. To the management team, girl rocked…she could use a raise!

Used to love Apple Bees, was one of my favorite places to eat. Slowly this one is getting worse and worse. I even came back after being served an undercooked chicken sandwich. Didn’t say anything or make a big deal thought maybe it was just an off day. Everytime we come back it just seems it’s going downhill

See photo to see my tasteless “medium rare” steak that came out practically well done after waiting 30+ minutes for my entree. The sides were smaller than the sides on my 2 year olds kids meal, and also tasteless and disappointing. They’ve changed a lot recently, it used to be 5 stars.
Last time we were there I got “all you can eat wings”. It took over 20 minutes for the server to come back and she was surprised when I wanted a second serving… then when she brought the second serving she brought the check. So it definitely wasn’t all you can eat.

Great service and good food. All you’d expect from your local Applebee’s. Nice to drop in while we visited Charlestown. We went there because the food is consistent and flavorful. Just wish there were more vegan/vegetarian choices.

Onion rings way over done and bottom half of hamburger roll hard as a rock. Burger was good, and fries were barely warm. Service was average maybe short of help even though wasn’t busy.
