My family all came here to celebrate my Mother’s 70th birthday. There was plenty of seating, good service and delicious food. I had the breakfast burrito, and it is one of the best in town I have found. The banana waffle that my niece got was a work of art, and she wiped out a pretty good portion. I’m not sure I could have finished it all! I know that in the past I failed to complete their ironan challenge.

The breakfast is very good, but what really stands out is how fast and energetic the place is. Everything is prepared quickly, and empty plates are cleared right away without waiting on the table. The young staff are polite, friendly, and always smiling. I enjoyed it much more than I expected.

Food was okay. The waffles were great however all fruit toppings are canned except the banana so be aware of that. The woman at the front desk who was greeting everyone was lovely. However, the entire experience was ruined by the kids who work there. One was yelling over our heads, like touching the back of our booth- leaning over to yell to her coworker. She and her friend were also popping each others backs and then immediately after this she lost someone’s bill or something so there was a lot of chaos going on. And I can’t help but think that with this small of a restaurant and that many employees maybe we shouldn’t be messing around so much to the point we are disrupting customers and loosing people’s bills. There was also another young kid who tripped me with a broom after I asked for a to-go box. It wasn’t intentional but just the overall lack of awareness…yikes! Would not recommend anytime between 12:30-1:30pm. It seemed like things just go to crazy for them to handle…with no one in the building. Maybe closing duties was too much.

Always delicious and service is always awesome. BUT, today i called about 7 times for a to go order and no answer. I was headed in anyways so I showed up and 4 workers were just standing next to the bar not doing anything. I placed my simple 2 waffles order and they did apologize for not answering the phone, because obviously they ignored it, and order came out quick. Love you guys but I come out from toppenish just to get food here sometimes. Would be nice to get an answer and have everything ready instead of seeing staff standing around. But yes food always worth it and still will keep coming back. Once here you do get the exceptional service. Again, once here.

Pretty sure this is the best breakfast place in Yakima. Staff is always friendly & quick. Almost always has a wait time to get in. Your order will always arrive hot & fresh out of the kitchen. We both got the Country breakfast with eggs. She ordered hers scrambled, I ordered mine over easy. I ordered Peach crepes as my side, she ordered French toast for hers. The country fried steak is simply amazing. It’s tender, well breaded, & fried to perfection. It’s never dripping with grease like some places. The pepper gravy on it is also delicious & mixes well with the eggs It’s served with. This isn’t some small piece of country fried steak we’re talking about either. You could just order it with eggs & be satisfied. Waffles portions always justifies the menu prices. The crepes we’re excellent. Slightly sweet & buttery with whipped cream. A bit disappointed with the filling as it was canned peaches, but it worked out well flavor & texture wise. For their French toast I believe they use a sourdough bread. It works so well. It’s perfectly crispy with a bit of give in the middle & served with a side of whipped butter you can add to it at your discretion. The coffee is rather weak, but comes out hot & has unlimited refills. Overall I can’t stop coming back to this place. The atmosphere is so comfortable & the food is amazing. We spent just under $40 for both our meals & coffee.

This was our second time here. Fast friendly accommodating service. I had the Strawberry Banana Waffle with ice cream and whipped cream and a side of crispy fried potato cubes. It was awesome! My wife ordered eggs, bacon, potato cubes and toast. She thought it was too much food. Somehow her plates were empty before mine were. We had the same great experience on our first visit too.
The only thing that needs improving are the seats. The cushions need replacing. Not much cush left as you sink down low.

The food was great! Server was awesome. He was busy, but he made sure to stop by and check on us. I got one of their skillets that came with country potatoes, onions and peppers.
