Great service provided by Jessica! It was seat yourself when we arrived around 2pm and she still made sure to greet us as she was walking around. She made sure we always had refills on our drinks and was all around very attentive. The bar had a nice group of people sitting there playing touch tunes so it was a pretty good vibe. Food was great!

Ordered 2 15 piece boneless wings with sides. Got home and saw we got 2 15 piece bone in wings. Called and they said to come back and they will have a new order made when I get there. I get there and I got wings but no fresh sides. The lady looked surprised when I had sides even though the receipt she handed me with the new bag had my wings and sides on it. so I got to have my warm wings with ice cold sides. Wouldn’t recommend going here

NO STARS!!!I’m a social worker and was in the area. I ordered a six wing lunch special. This was the worst fast food I’ve ever eaten. My wings and fries were both hard and cold. The drink was even like sweet water. I don’t order fast food often, so this was a very bad disappointment.

Manager could care less (Colleen), terrible to wait 30 plus minutes for an appetizer. Appetizer literally came out after our meal, we sent it back, no thank you. Manager was too busy bagging take out to come talk to our table. Unacceptable.

Since they had a special every Monday and Wednesday in may where you can get all you can eat boneless wings for $20, and we love BWW, it was a no brainer. We waited around 10 min to be seated. The curly red hair girl was talking to a customer about stuff unrelated to the restaurant or the food industry at all for a good amount time. Another staff member came by and joined the conversation while we are still waiting. The customer was leaving btw so they were just chatting because why not. So finally we are told it is open seating. Once we got in the dining room, there were many tables that were not cleaned from previous customers. We found a hidden booth for two in the back that was cleaned from garbage but not wiped. The server came by and wiped it and then disappeared for 10 min. Then we ordered drinks and an appetizer. We get our fried pickles, that we absolutely delicious, in 10 min, but we are still waiting on our cocktails. We finished the pickles and finally our drinks arrived. Then we ordered. 15 more minutes and a food runner brought our wings. Our server nowhere to be found. We finished our first order of wings and got a second one. Another food runner brings the new order. Our server then comes and asks if we want more food or another cocktail. If we need to wait that long, no thank you. So after we were done, we just got our check which also took forever and left. The restaurant was very dirty inside and food was all over the floor. In need of more staff that is for sure.

Love to eat here and get take out! However this time was not good! I found a nice chuck of plastic hidden in the blue cheese cup I was given with my order. I get it mistakes happen but more importantly… where did this come from? How many other peoples food/dipping cups are contaminated? Are they falling short in other areas of food preparation? Not sure if I will be back to this one.

The best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been too. Nice customer service. The food was hot and delicious, My Babe & I didn’t wait long at all. . Drinks were so good!!!! Very comfortable environment!!! I’m going back.
