Everything (including hours posted on building) says closes at 2am. Arrived at 1:40am and was told that “kitchen is closed”. I politely said thanks and began driving. The drive thru speaker than came back on and I heard the employee say “I seriously hate people”. I was not the problem. Not a good look Mc D’s… not a good look. This place has always been sketch and slow. I’ll chose another competitor from now on.

I have ordered food from here quite regularly this month, they have a great deal in the app for their five dollar meal deal that allows you to upgrade the fry size to a large, which is quite nice overall. I haven’t seen that before At any other McDonald’s locations, so it makes it quite affordable to get a nice quantity of food when the deals in the app are very Bad for the month. The food is good and I would say above average for the average McDonald’s location, but the service is poor. Multiple times in the past, my wife and I have placed orders in the app and I’ve gone to pick them up around 10 to 20 minutes before a closing time – which McDonald’s typically honors and will make the food, but this restaurant has outright refused on multiple occasions and told me to cancel my order, resulting in my discount codes being consumed for the entire day and I can no longer use them at any other locations. I also have to wait for a refund, overall a very terrible experience from my wife and I when that happens in terms of picking up Uber eats and DoorDash orders, they are generally quite good at it and the drive-through is not very slow even when it is super backed up. If you plan on ordering, this is a good location overall just don’t order close to their closing time otherwise the employees may decide not to make your food because they are feeling emotional that day.

I ordered thru the drive thru. Everything went well there but had an emergency and needed the bathroom and I sat at the counter and said excuse me twice and both times got the finger followed by a 1 minute. I ended up leaving and I think the employees need to be a little more courteous to the customers.

If you are paying cash, make sure you get the correct change back. It’s simple elementary math to count backwards. My total was $23.73, I gave $40 and the cashier shorted me $5 didnt even say the amount change back just put cash and reciept on top as if i didn’t noticed. I understand its only $5 but $5 is $5! and i understand people make mistake but this is the 2nd time at this MCDONALD’S. Makes me wonder how many times they got away with this scam.

Everytime I come here its the same thing. I wait forever for over 15 minutes for something that should take 5 at most. Everyone is speaking very loudly in the back and not caring who is at the counter. They make eye contact but dont care to ask you anything. No refills on soda as well. And I’ve noticed the cost of items here are more than most other mcdonalds. Eat at your own risk.

Strike 1: I ordered through the app, but made sure to change my location because for some reason it automatically set to location further south on 99. Despite the changes, it still defaulted to the wrong location on my order.
Strike 2: Ordered breakfast on the app 10 minutes before breakfast ends. Order got cancelled when I show up 2 minutes after breakfast ends. If I’m not allowed to have breakfast then why did you let me order it and waste my time?
Strike 3: Order breakfast with plenty of time before the cutoff. Get my order code through the app. Close the app because it’s a huge battery drain and I only had 5%. Get to the counter to pick up my order, and they tell me it was cancelled. Apparently closing the app cancels your order, even if you already paid and got your code. (Edit: They didn’t even cancel the charge. My bank account still shows I paid for breakfast.)

The food is always what you expect, but the atmosphere leaves something to be desired. The old Eastern block countries during the cold war had sexier architecture than McDonald’s does now.
The parking at this location is pretty bad too. All the spaces directly in front of the building are reserved for pick-up orders.

This mcdonald’s is so disgusting. It’s so unclean. Do not eat here. It is not safe. There’s no toilet paper anywhere in the bathroom. I’m sure the people are not washing their hands. They don’t even have any paper to dry your hands on only a hand dryer that doesn’t work properly. So you know they’re not washing their hands. When I tried to talk to the staff about it, nobody would come to the front counter. I finally tried to talk to the person that was picking up food trays. They did not speak English. This place is awful!
