This place beats all the others hands down!
The service was attentive, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere is probably one of the most phenomenal parts of the restaurant. Hand-painted murals adorn the walls and give it an authentic Hispanic flair.
The coleslaw that comes with the chips and salsa is also phenomenal.
We had carnitas and Chile Verde Carnitas and both were probably some of the best, and most authentic of all the restaurants in the area.
Hands down, my favorite Mexican Restaurant of all time.

FANTASTIC! Great food! Great service and the coolest atmosphere. I had the Burritos Tampico and my wife had Arroz con Pollo. We could not finish them. The Mexican “coleslaw” was so good we took some extra home. We were traveling so we didn’t enjoy any cocktails but saw some very good looking drinks being delivered to tables. If you have never been to this place, do your taste buds a favor and eat here. The only negative would be their salt and pepper shakers….they are unremarkable…..haha

We have been here many times over the years and it used to be way more flavorful especially after 8pm. We came in around 3PM today and the food was bland. But we ate it all. The service and the atmosphere is awesome. Great beers and Cocktails. See my pictures I took some pictures of the rest room, never seen that before LOL

Decent food, but they put a lower price on the menu for most of the items, and then charge more on the bill. They argued by bringing two menus over but half of the items had different prices depending on which menu you look at. Not to mention, the employee we disputed the price difference with just walked off mid-conversation when he got tired of trying to justify their shady practices. This place used to be great.

Terrible dinner. One of the waiters kept making loud annoying squeaky duck sounds NONSTOP! Who serves coleslaw with chips? Salsa tasted like pace picante out of the jar and queso was watery and bland. Food plated sloppy, refried beans were watery it was like eating soup. The whole table agreed for mexican food its very bland. Zero out of ten do not recommend. On a positive note restaurant was clean and waiter was attentive and beside the loud squeaky duck sounds restaurant was completely empty so it was quiet.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Mojarra Frita, but it was served completely overcooked and burnt, to the point where it was too tough to chew.
Beyond the poor food quality, the service was unacceptable. I had to struggle and repeatedly ask just to get basic silverware (a knife and fork) to eat my meal. Furthermore, I needed a spoon for my daughter to eat her rice, but despite my attempts to get their attention, the staff completely ignored us. I watched as they went to every other table, checking in and asking “Is everything okay?”, yet they purposely bypassed our table as if we were invisible.
I felt a clear sense of discrimination and disrespect. Even at the end, after they finally brought the bill, I was left waiting for over 15 minutes just for someone to come back and take the payment so I could leave. From the moment I walked in until the very end, the service was neglectful. To be ignored while others are being served attentively is deeply hurtful. I do not recommend this place if you expect to be treated with basic human respect.

Excellent experience at Jalisco Mexican Restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the music added a great touch, and the staff was exceptionally polite. The food was flavorful and well-prepared—truly a place worth returning to.

I’ve been here a few times before and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The family and I went for dinner yesterday but had such a negative experience with the cost of the meal that unless someone else wants to eat here I will not be coming back intentionally.
The issue that will keep me from going back was the drink menu. It had been a crappy day and a margarita sounded pretty good. Their drink menu was kind of “messy” in layout and not a single price was offered. I ordered the “Dama Margarita” on their specialty drinks menu, for what I can charitably say was a good 16oz of margarita in a tiki glass with a led light in it. Perhaps its’ on me to know the tequila being used and it’s price because the drink ended up being $17. Since we got two of them they cost more than the meal itself and didn’t know until the check got there. Also all kids menu options are $9 and the mac n cheese that was served was a paltry amount of what looked and tasted like reheated blue box mac n cheese.
The food was good, they had a Birra torta special that was pretty good, though it was on the smaller side for 14 bucks. Still, it was delicious and the fries that came with it were very crisp. My table also ordered the steak tacos and enjoyed the crispy steak, though they were a bit dry so the table salsa livened them up. Their cooks clearly know what they’re doing and honestly hats off to them.
Our server was kind and great when at the table, but it seemed like every time they left the table it would be a significant amount of time before they would check back in. We were wondering where they’d gone and had to flag them down a number of times.
Ultimately, if we hadn’t ordered drinks, I wouldn’t have been nearly as disappointed but that really turned me off and I know I will never order drinks off a menu without prices on it.

Jalisco had a great host and a even better server. The environment was laid back. The food didn’t taste authentic but was good the drinks were great. Would recommend for a hang out.
