I feel like if you want to have nice dinner outing this place is just ok. You won’t have a problem with service. But don’t expect it be authentic in flavor. This chain restaurant is targeted to a different audience who likes a specific taste. The plating and the vibe is amazing. Just not worth the overpriced menu. Save money and have an authentic meal at a Panda Express.

Haven’t been to PF Changs in sometime. We got a seat within 5 minutes as the host promised and may have had the best waiter in the house. I had the Chilean sea bass which was excellent and a must try if you don’t mind the price. My wife had the Singapore noodles and that was superb. For appetizer the tempura fried calamari did not disappoint. We will be going back very soon.

First time coming to this location! And I will definitely be coming back! Everyone was friendly! Our server Omar, was the best! He went out of his way to explain the menu items and gave us awesome feedback before we ordered! We had the Pad Thai and the Fried Rice! Mom said this was the best Pad Thai she’s had! And she is very hard to please! Anyways, thanks to your delicious food and the impeccable customer service from Omar, we will definitely be coming back!

I’ve never been to this place. I was excited to experience a new restaurant and hopefully make it one of our go to places to eat. We arrived, was greeted, and was told there was a 10 min wait. Wait time was accurate. The restaurant wasn’t too full. We were sta down and menus given. My wife and I looked over the menu and decided on what we wanted. Then we waited, and waited, and waited and nothing. About 20 min passed and not one single server stopped to even take our drink order. There were other individuals that had arrived after us and their orders were taken. It’s not like we sat in a corner. We were literally in a booth right in the middle of the restaurant. As waiters kept passing by and even a manager we still did not get asked if we wainted to place an order of deinks or food. We decided to just leave. To be fair, I could have flagged women down but are a high end restaurant I shouldn’t have to. I never experienced the Chang and will never come back again.

Love this place, it was my bf and I first time here and its not gonna be the last everything was really good, we recommend the dumplings and the dynamite roll, for drink my bf loved the plumb wine and for me the pomegranate lemonade, for dessert we got the changs Apple crunchs really good!

It took literally three days for my stomach to get back to normal. We ordered appetizers, mains, and drinks for three people, so we had a number of plates to compare. This is “gringo” asian food for people unclear about what asian food is, but have money to burn. The calamari had the tell-tale black spots of oil needing to be changed, my Kung Pao was covered with a brown doughy coating that I couldn’t make heads of tails of and the lettuce wraps had no living veggies with the exception of the lettuce. If you were expecting “fresh”, this was the exact opposite. It was a pile of meat with some other brown coating that I was also unable to distinguish. No green onions, no water chestnuts, no carrots, NO VEGGIES, nada! Basically they were plates of brown food. I won’t cover the salmon or the other dish but they were equally disappointing. The service was also pretty poor. You ask for something and it’s promised but immediately forgotten till you manually get up and flag down a server. Foodies beware!
