The food was normal Chick-fil-A quality, but unfortunately the facility and the staff were not. The dining area was dirty throughout. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food in a restaurant that only had 4 occupied tables. There were at least 8 staff members standing around doing nothing. (I guess they figured that someone else would clean the mess) The first time I went and asked about the order (about 15 minutes after ordering), I was told that they were working on it. About 10 minutes later, and still waiting….we went back to the counter and asked for a refund. The person at the register handed the receipt to a manger who snatched it from him, didn’t say anything, and walked away. While still waiting at the register, a different employee walked out to the dining area and brought our order to the table without even acknowledging any of us. The manager never spoke to us, and we found the receipt in the bag with our food. Definitely not a typical Chick-fil-A experience to say the least. Will definitely not be coming back to this location. I hope that someone higher will ensure that the managers and employees here receive training on customer service, and reinforcement on Chick-fil-A standards.

This is THE WORST chick-fil-a I have ever seen!
Food was packed half assed, not very hot when brought to us. It was nice they had a playground for little kids but that itself was DISGUSTING, dirty, sticky and smelly! They pretty much turned their storage closet into a “ playground” and then never actually clean it because all the playground was black and sticky. And the window had finger prints all over it.

Ordered a kale salad and barely got anything in my serving, went to ask for more and was met disrespectful workers whom could seem to care less. One worker just took the salad and shook it and came back giving it to me like they had fixed something but nothing was fixed. The dressing was simply poured into the salad. This is nothing like other locations and we were very disappointed with service and worker service.

It’s Saturday 8pm service is well taken after receiving order, food received service great. Food review chicken is on point. The wafers broken up bottom of the bag end cap pieces and my orders were a large my mother’s a small. Gotta do better this was to go order so eating on the go on down the road big dissatisfaction. If I’m paying and there’s no problem with my funds being received make sure my food is being what’s reciprocated on the order screen because the picture below is not what’s being advertised on your order screen at all thank you.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Chik Fil A. Until today…..
Ordered a Cobb salad, chicken sandwich, fries and fruit cup. The majority of the lettuce in the salad was rotten. And all of the bacon was raw. The fruit cup was barely half full. The piece of chicken on the sandwich was half the size of the bun. Smallest, saddest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen. The fry container was barely half full as well. The garbage cans were over flowing.

I usually don’t go to this location but when im in town, and do stop in, I truly enjoy it! Today i want to give a huge shout out to Madilyn, Brianna, & Johnna. They assisted me in some way during my visit by which I must compliment them. The service & great energy they showed was amazing. Keep up the good work!
Im sure you probably deal with many customers with bad energy that do nothing but complain about everything; But know, there are many who appreciate the great service you strive to give and im one of them.

I was so incredibly disappointed with this Chick-fil-a. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience before but today was it. The sweet tea tasted watered down, the hash browns were just barely cooked, definitely not brown. Even though we were dining in, they brought out our food in a bag (didn’t even bother to ask) and the inside was absolutely FILTHY!! There was food on the tables, crumbs everywhere. Underneath the bench seats was absolutely horrid. And, when we got here, it wasn’t busy at all. The workers were just standing around and talking. No one seemed to care that the dining room was gross.
I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but it gives Chick-fil-a a bad name!! They seriously need to do better

Worst Chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to. I travel 100% for work and eat the same meal 3 times a week. They charged me for a large fruit cup, but they gave me a small one. When I told the girl, she said they only have small and medium. So you charged me for a medium but gave me a small? You could have given me two smalls. Rudest Chick-fil-a employees I’ve ever seen and I waited over 10 minutes to not get what I ordered!!

The dining room had trash in the floor, under tables and even trash on the condiment counter. Not one employee cleaned a table off during the 30 minutes that we were there. Didn’t eat my salad because it was gross! Tomatoes were mush and the lettuce was not fresh. The toy was left out of my grandson’s kids meal and we had to ask for it. My husband asked for extra pickles on sandwich and he received no pickles so back to counter to ask for that. Never saw a single employee come out to check on folks in the dining room like I’ve seen at every other Chick-fil-A that I’ve been too. The women’s bathroom was nasty and there was a toilet that had leaked water all over the floor! My husband said the men’s bathroom was also dirty! Went to the counter to ask for tea refills. Employee walks up to hand someone their food but ignored me and went to drive thru window and stood to talk to another employee! You are normally greeted with friendly smiles and “How may I serve you?” at most Chick-fil-A restaurants, but not this one!

Not a good experience! We were traveling. One of our party got a side salad. More of the lettuce was brown than green. It did not come with everything it was supposed to – was just lettuce and tomatoes. No packet of peppers, for example. The medium fries were only half full in everyone’s meal. My tea tasted old. Ended up going to another restaurant nearby because this experience did not live up.
