We four for months have always gone to Wendy’s every Saturday and it is usually good, This visit was horrible, we may have to choose another location. Upon arrival there was only one customer and four employees. it took 4-5 minutes to be recognized. I had a coupon from last week but they refused to take it! My Jr bacon cheeseburger had NO bacon. The nuggets were cold but the fries were hot and good. The drink machine was out of many flavors. A one star experience.

We took advantage of the drive through service. The food was fresh and tasty. I was especially impressed with the young lady that took our order. She was very patient and had our order placed correctly. I could not rate the interior. Sorry.

Service and check out was excellent! Attendant was very nice. Food was piping hot! We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and drink and Pub fries with lots of cheese and bacon! Very very tasty food! I will definitely be back!

I travel a lot. My favorite quick bite is the Wendy’s spicy Chicken sandwich, so I stop at a lot of locations. This was by far one of the friendliest trips in the past few months. The service was great. It was very busy but things kept moving quickly and the food came out hot and fresh. The bun was soft, the chicken was hot and crunchy, the fries were crispy, and the drink was cold and not at all watered down. It’s definitely on my list to stop at when I’m in the area. Ordered a couple of hamburgers while driving through town. Order was fast enough but probably some of the worst Wendy’s burgers we’ve ever ordered. The buns were hard… like if you’ve have ever microwaved bread and let it sit out. I usually like Wendy’s and the freshness of the veggie toppings. Yesterday was a hard pass as we couldn’t get passed the rock hard buns.

I hate they changed the sweet n sour to the chili mess thats the only reason I ate their honestly it was one of my favorite places i dipped my nuggets and my burger in the sweet n sour everything has to be spicy these days when you order your nuggets they always give you spicy even when you order regular!

Whoever the manager is on night shift in athens ala. Hwy 72 is very rude went in to pickup a doordash because it was 9:50pm at night they are not suppose to close the lobby until 10:00pm she told me that the doors should already been closed andthat they have not started making it and I would have to go through drive through. The workers are not friendly at all very rude to customers and they’re hygiene is poor to. I will never eat at this place period. And I hope not to never have to try to get a doordash from there again and you have to wait a long time to be waited on, because they also ignore you.

Went in to get lunch for the babies and tap to pay glitched out on me apparently thats a good reason to be completely rude yelling out that my card was declined and insinuating that I have no money. Then giving attitude when I told her that my Google pay had accidentally ran the wrong card and asked her to do it again.

Okay look I see why Wendy’s is good but like I love Wendy’s and was in limestone county area came all the way from there which is 15 – 20 mins and I come and order a pretzel baconator combo large with strawberry lemonade and look I get home after driving back home yes I should have check my food I did but I didn’t think I needed to check a burger with only 2 sauces mayo and ketchup and I get home and they didn’t even give me a pretzel bun like bro how do I work there and like see pretzel bun on the screen and decide hey lemme put a normal bun and i know they weren’t busy busy so it’s like how can u not read pretzel bun and u put a Normal bun waste of my time for real but either way I get it happens but like that’s a lil crazy when u weren’t busy obviously the table person don’t pay attention when there like 3 burgers on there screen ?
