Every single time we go here, we have to pull to the side to wait for our food.. and the order is almost never correct. Tonight, I brought a burger home for my daughter, and halfway through she notice that it was raw in the center. I live too far away to bring it back, so it ended up a complete waste. We’ll be going the extra 10 minutes out of the way to the other location from now on.

At this point, shame on me for even trying to give this place chance after chance. It is absolutely astounding that I can never get even warm food at this location…. How are the fries ALWAYS cold?! Sometimes even stale. Tonight my husband went and waited FOREVER in the drive thru because they apparently gave our food to the lady in front of him. He had to wait for them to remake it and still ended up with cold fries!

Order a kids happy meal, get the order in a large bag, didn’t think anything of it. Included was two cheeseburgers and a large fry that we didnt order. It was topped off with a chewed up piece of chewing gum, the FDA needs to shut this place down.

Tell me, how you can be a business in a military town and not offer a Veterans Day deal when other locations in that same town offer a Veterans Day deal? Don’t need to answer that, it’s pretty clear that you don’t care about veterans or active duty service members, from now on (if McDonald’s is my only choice) I’ll be driving the extra 10 minutes to go to the location that does care at least a little bit about service members

CAREFUL PEOPLE! Check your fries, I ordered 2 Large Quarter Pounder Deluxe Meals, A Large 10 piece meal and another Large French Fry. I guess they either ran out of fries or they’re being stingy with them. Apparently I got medium fries in a large fries container

This particular store was horrible. The hamburger I had must have been there for at least three hours and had at least 5 times too much salt. The nuggets were cooked so dry they could have chipped your tooth. This is the second time we have stopped at this location when we go to the Cliffs. Maybe it’s because it’s always 200 pm on a Saturday and it’s just a bad shift of workers. But I have never had food this bad at any McDonald’s. I would say you need to go to the restaurant across the street from them. I just felt maybe it was a one off after the first time but no it was just as bad the second time.
