CONS: I likes chipotle but I have paid for one to many bowls with uncooked rice And they are chopping the chicken up super small so u can barely find it in your bowl probably to cut back on portions. One scoop of tiny pieces of chicken instead of the fair square cuts we used to get so ur many eating rice and sides. Maybe it’s just a certain cook idk but it’s Bs. This time I took it back!
PROS: Manager was very helpful and nice . Got me another bowl made for free and the employee doing the bagging apologized for my experience. Bowl was decent besides the tiny tiny pieces of chicken.

I love almost all Chipotles, and this one on MLK directly across from University hospital is particularly good. There’s a convenient secret parking lot past the building on highland avenue. First right behind the building. It says 15-minute parking, but I’ve never seen anybody towed. The front door entrance under the sign has four steps and is not handicapped accessible. However, the back door entrance from the secret parking lot has no steps and would be handicapped accessible. The place is pretty tight for a wheelchair, but it would work. The food is fresh and delicious. I like to get a salad with meat on it and my sons love the burritos. They always have delicious strong brew unsweetened and sweetened iced tea available. I like to mix it. This particular Chipotle is super efficient and well run. Even if there’s a long line at lunch time from the hospital crowd, they crank it through. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes and usually less than 1 minute. There’s nice seating both inside and on warmer days outside. The bathrooms are always clean and accessible. If you’ve got a hankering for some quick, convenient, healthy Mexican food, check out this place.

They messed up my order so I nicely presented them the picture because I am night shift and they are closed around the time I eat…. Cool, this time they didn’t put any meat at all and the bowl taste like they added pepper… I never come at people with an attitude, but u can’t even be nice and tell people they did something wrong…. Maybe because I don’t add a tip? I don’t know why they wanted to do me wrong…. Next time I order from them I use a new name, and new account… They might have it in for me

Whoever was working the online order station tonight needs to be fired. I put double chicken, extra white rice, extra pinto beans, and extra cheese. I received half of a bowl when I got home and could not be more disappointed with the rapid decline in quality of Chipotle over the years. Safe to say, I will never be back.

I visited this location on March 7th at approximately 3:00 in the afternoon. I waited in line for over 30 minutes. When I got up to the front of the line I found ingredients all over the counter with lots of cross contamination happening and dishes stacked high. They only had 2 people working and they were running out of everything so my bowl was thrown together with limited ingredients. The presentation wasn’t great either as seen in the picture. I wouldn’t normally write a review but this is my second bad experience at this location. I used to come to this location all the time and they did a great job. I don’t know what was going on during my last few visits.

1 Star. Quit hiring rude people. The gentleman who greeted us was polite and my wife asked for a kids quesadilla and she requested an extra tortilla and the gentleman said that was fine. A Hispanic lady began cursing in Spanish and was very rude saying we don’t get an extra tortilla and if we did it would cost double. ($10 for a kids meal) only because she wanted an extra tortilla. When I asked if it was going to be charged just the tortilla she just said no. We said forget it and walked out. We won’t be back. Greedy company, disgusting people who can’t be polite and think well just roll over and give them our money. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I have been to this chipotle several times, and I usually have a similar experience. The last couple times I have gone was later at night, so it is somewhat understandable, but they were out of a particular food item. The staff here is always nice though. Parking can potentially be a challenge here. Great food though.

Staff are respectful and hard working. But the current wait times and quality are clearly reflected in the shortage of work force. I enjoyed my meal, but expected shorter wait times. Still giving this 5 stars because this is a current industry wide problem.
