4 stars because the fries are tasteless and I got a $5 Mac and cheese dish, it comes in one size. My Mac and cheese is tiny, I would only pay a max of $2 for this. It also tastes bad, like how do you make cheese unflavorful? If you want Mac and cheese just go get a box of kraft for $1.25. Service is always good tho!

My family and I LOVE this place. Every Sunday after church it’s our go to place. We basically order the same thing everytime. Today I ordered the cheese curds and the lady helping me asked if I wanted cheese sauce for my cheese curds. Normally they ask marinara or ranch. We got the cheese sauce and it was SOO good, so good I came up and bought 2 more. Her name was Lauren and she was sweet, polite, and when I came up the second time she remembered my name. GREAT customer service. It doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it’s the little things. Lauren you ROCK!

Culver’s is one of my favorite places to eat at since the food is delicious. But this location is not at all great. I’ve been here four times now, and every single visit, they make my order wrong. I just want extra lettuce when I order it, not a tiny pinch and then have it remedied by giving me a side of nasty lettuce (see photos). And this is only one of the many things they have messed up in my few visits.
Their drive thru is very slow moving compared to other locations, so I really don’t advise coming here when you’re traveling like we normally do. What a waste of time.
This location has been like this at least for the last 6 months since we’ve moved out here. I don’t expect it to change anytime soon. Probably the last time I’ll come here. Not worth the money.

Very well Maintained store, Food is really good (well cooked). The staff are REALLY NICE, Very clean in store. This location is probably the cleanest and most friendless store around Howell!
