Absolutely rude service, horrible food and just a disappointing experience. If you are looking for real Indian food, then, save your money, time and mood and go somewhere else.
We left all our food unconsumed and paid the bill ( found a 12% service charge automatically added on it) and just left this horrible place.
I only took couple of photos at the end to add to this review for others to see and avoid this place, therefore sharing them here.
If you’ve ever wondered what happens when ambition calls in sick and the menu is written out of spite, congratulations—you’ve found the place.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the unmistakable aroma of “we tried.”
The service was… efficient, in the sense that time absolutely did pass. Our server disappeared so thoroughly I briefly considered filing a missing persons report, only to have them reappear just in time with the wrong order. A bold, interactive dining experience.
Now the food, My dish arrived lukewarm, creatively under-seasoned, and presented in a way that said, You’ll eat this and you’ll be quiet.
Portions were generous if you’re on a diet of disappointment, and prices were ambitious, clearly aiming for a restaurant in a much better timeline.
In summary: if you’re looking for a place to take someone you mildly resent, or you need a reminder that cooking at home is a blessing, this restaurant delivers. I will not be returning—but I will be telling this story.
From the very beginning, I did not like the way the manager spoke to us. We had just sat down at our table for barely two minutes when we were already being asked to order drinks. We politely asked the waiter to give us about five minutes, as we had only just arrived. However, less than a minute later, the manager came back again pushing us to buy drinks, making it feel like we were obligated to order them rather than being given time to settle in and look at the menu. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary.
Throughout the meal, we felt poorly treated compared to other customers. There was a clear lack of care and professionalism. We genuinely felt like we were the only ones being treated this way.
After we finished our dinner and were just putting on our jackets to use lavatory, the manager rudely told us to sit back down at the table and pay the bill , including a service charge. It felt as though they assumed we were trying to leave without paying, which was both embarrassing and disrespectful. There was no apology or explanation.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The food was overshadowed by the manager’s attitude and the uncomfortable atmosphere. Good customer service is just as important as good food, and sadly, this restaurant failed in that regard. I would not recommend anyone to visit.
