Overall, I would return, even though I feel the burger I ate was a glorified Big Mac, but better. I thoroughly enjoyed that it tasted this way. Our server was attentive-ish. Overall customer service was lacking, which really hurt the stars here. My family had never been to a Red Robin so I was excited for this, but walking in the door we were greeted with rudeness and honestly made to feel dumb. Many things were not explained unless specifically asked.

To start off, the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The claw machine near the entrance was broken — not out of order, but clearly neglected and in terrible shape. What a waste of $5. It set the tone for what was to come.
When it came to the food, things somehow got even worse. I ordered an entrée that cost around $20, which included half chicken fingers and half ribs. The chicken fingers were decent, I’ll give them that They were hot, crispy, and what you’d expect from a casual restaurant. It’s chicken tenders, how can you mess that up? But the ribs were absolutely horrible. I only received three small ribs, and each one was dry, chewy, and tough. Much closer to beef jerky than anything resembling ribs. For the price, it was an insult.
The service didn’t help matters either. Our waitress was not attentive at all, drinks sat empty, no check-ins to see how things were going, and getting refills or condiments felt like asking for the world.
On top of that, I got charged extra for sides I didn’t realize weren’t included. Apparently, there’s some fine print that lets them tack on $4 for this side and another $4 for that, and it adds up fast. For a casual restaurant, it felt like being nickel-and-dimed.
And to top it all off, even the Diet Coke was bad. As someone who loves their diet coke, this was a C average at best. It was watery, not carbonated enough, and completely off-tasting.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Between the broken claw machine, dry ribs, inattentive service, surprise charges, and awful soda, I can confidently say I will not be coming back to Red Robin.
How do I see $20 on the menu and end up spending over $35 without a tip?! DO NOT GO HERE. The food from a gas station will run laps around this place.

Not a great experience.
Waitress forgot our drinks showed up with apps. Then finally just before the food got here drinks showed up then again she disappeared again. Food was great but service and atmosphere was lacking.

We had a small mix up with wings and my Girlfriend also tried the Bacon’N’Blue, but different like it (nothing wrong with it she’s just a bit picky). The manger came by to check on us and was so kind about it. The service was amazing and we felt truly taken care of. Loved our time there.

The wait and preparation was excellent. I ordered Togo on the app but when I got there, the hostess was away seating someone. Thankfully a gentleman came right up to help me. He told me my food would be ready in under 5 minutes and it was. Then a lady from the kitchen brought it out and everything was perfect, 100% as requested. This means that in 5 minutes, 3 different people cheerfully helped me. You don’t see this as much anymore, so I was very impressed. Food was excellent too!
The only complaint I have is that the chocolate pretzel milkshake really just tasted like a chocolate milkshake, but it was still good. I just was looking forward to the salty part, yet it wasn’t there. I obviously still drank all of it though!

I have not been in red robin for some time due to the customer service and I was right again the customer service was again horrible..the food was ok..our server never did come back to check on us except for another person. I definitely don’t know if it was the manager or not.
On top of that, when we left we were sitting next to a couple that was reeked in Marijuana. I am no smoker or nothing but that is worse…I just left.
I have been in several locations of red robin and i have to say customer service was crappie in each location I been. I will definitely not be coming back no time soon.

The hostess seemed irritated each time more people came in the door. One group that was there before us left because they were tired of waiting for her. Our server was attentive. She brought drinks before we needed to ask for refills. The food was okay, but I have had much better at other Red Robins.

Thirty minutes… a lunch rush came through… Tables started receiving their food before we did… it was unfortunate… i got up and left.. My wife talked to someone there they talk me into coming back in.. finally got my food, and it was terrible… they comp the meal.. but tainted my thoughts on red robin.. Hopefully just a bad day….

We love Red Robin. The burgers are great and we usually enjoy the endless steak fries. Today, however we were the only people in the place so maybe that’s why they were old but the french fries were cold and tasted stale and we couldn’t even get through the first batch of them. The salt grinders were nearly empty and stuck solid. The waitress was great, very prompt and visited us back for refills on our drinks. We signed out with kiosk. No problems there. The handicap toilet in the ladies was out of order and in pieces. It was disappointing, but we hope they get things back up to par soon. We will still go back

Great food… Service was good at first but then did not ever get asked about refill on fries. What’s the point of having unlimited sides of the never come around to refill them? I think we may have had a shift change but still you can’t forget about the customer….
