The Pub in Cedar City seriously delivers when it comes to burgers. We tried the pastrami burger (no bun) and the All-American burger, and both were outstanding. The patties were juicy and full of flavor, and the pastrami added a rich, savory punch that really set that burger apart—even without the bun, it absolutely held its own.
We also ordered fries and fried pickles, and they were the perfect sides. The fries were crisp and well-seasoned, and the fried pickles were crunchy, tangy, and hard to stop eating.
Casual atmosphere, great comfort food, and burgers done right. If you’re in Cedar City and craving a solid, satisfying meal, The Pub is a must-stop.

LOVED celebrating my anniversary here for the first time. The menu, atmosphere, kind service and even the bathrooms were just fun. We ordered the goat cheese appetizer, chicken nuggets basket, and bobs your uncle for dinner. It was more than your average dinner for a great value in cost. We took our desserts home and I about died over the chocolate caramel cake I bought. I only wish we lived closer, and will make a point to eat here again when I’m passing through. Thank you!

We tried the fry nachos and the lemon bar. The nachos had such a delightful texture and flavor, perfectly crisp and seasoned, and the lemon bar was a dream the ideal mix of sweet and tangy, balanced in a way that’s surprisingly rare for lemon desserts.
Beyond the food, what truly stood out was the vibe. It’s warm, creative, and unforgettable the kind of place that makes you want to stay awhile and take it all in. I’ll definitely be back and bringing friends with me.

Wow this place has changed a lot in 10 years haha. Pastry pub was my go to spot when I was going to SUU. I was beyond thrilled today to find out the same person is making the herb sauce they put on the turkey sandwiches. Talk about the best possible nostalgia ever. So happy my brother and I stopped in today. I can’t remember our servers name but she was great. Thanks for the throwback!

Wife has Gnocchi and I had the All American Burger with spiral fries. The Gnocchi was smooth and tender in a rich flavorful white sauce and the garlic bread and sausage were delicious.
The fries were hot and crisp and were the star of the burger plate. The burger was ok. A bit dry. Came across as a frozen preformed patty. Well, 2 patties on this burger. Good sear, poor moisture.
Overall wife loved the Gnocchi enough she is excited to try this place again. I’m curious if she will try the same or venture into one of the many other interesting sounding options.

Wow, this place was fantastic! Absolutely delicious food with perfectly made alcoholic beverages. They also have many mocktails to chose from.

Probably the best food in Cedar, at least that I’ve ever had! Certainly the most beautiful restaurant. Their Halloween ambiance was lovely. The food blew us away, specifically the Brussel sprouts and roasted goat cheese!

I ordered the gf Turkey Club Sandwich, DELICIOUS!! They had so many gluten free and celiac friendly options. My sister ordered pasta and I grabbed a few bites from it, best pasta i’ve had in a restaurant. Definitely recommend making a stop and even going out of your way to come here. The atmosphere was so cute and cozy and our waitress was fantastic. Love it!!!

The decor was a little weird, but pleasant. The service was attentive without being overbearing. The food portions were light, but then again, I don’t eat much and still wasn’t able to finish it all. The food was really good though and I’d be happy to go back again. I had the ranch filet with Mac and cheese and creamed corn. Solid choices!

So so so yummy! Me and my sisters have celiac. They were very accommodating and had so many gluten free options! I got the pub club sandwich which was amazing and tried some of my sister’s pasta which was fabulous! Definitely will be coming again when in Cedar!!
