Since when is a burrito the size of an airpod case? Went in for the cheesy dipping burritos and was met with disappointment. 2 for $6? I ordered four for $13.49 after tax because i was feeling quite hungry and i recieved a light snack. Is this a joke? Bring back the 89 cent double cheesy beef burrito. I thought this was America. Now im frustrated and hungry.

Google says the location is open until 0430 am. I went at 0400 and they said they were closed unless I had an Uber eats order. It would be coukd to clarify with staff the tine you are open until or update google to 0400am close time. No other complaints, usually get what you expect.

I visited this Taco Bell at 5am on Oct 11. The drive thru server and cook couldn’t have been nicer despite that I was arriving 30 minutes before close. I wish I remembered the drive thru worker’s name because he was so friendly, professional, and courteous. The gentlemen making my food communicated in broken English / Spanish with the drive thru guy to ensure my lettuce was put on the side. Excellent attention to detail and professionalism, particularly for two guys working fast food at 5am. These guys deserve a raise. I’ll be back again in the future.

I love that there is a decent fast food option close to where I work. Since I am night shift, there are not a ton of options. This is definitely one of the better Taco Bells that I have been to. The customer service is fast and friendly!

UPDATED Review from 2024:
Not sure what changed, but it never takes me more than 5 minutes to get my food now, even when there’s a long line. And the food is always great. Honestly no complaints now.
OLD Review from 2023:
I love Taco Bell, and the employees here are perfectly nice, but for some weird reason it pretty much ALWAYS takes over 25-30 MINUTES to get through the whole drive thru process. Even at weird times when it’s not supposed to be that busy and even when there’s only a few people in line. I’ve been here DOZENS of times and the experience is always the same. I still come just because I’m patient and I come with built in time to get my food, but I would NEVER come here in a rush or with anyone but myself in the car.
At this point I just genuinely want to know what is going on. There have been times when all I ordered was a cheese quesadilla and I sat at the last window for over 15 minutes and all the employees inside were just sitting there. No one said “hey, so sorry, we are running behind right now, we will get that out to you asap”, they never even acknowledge that it takes ages to get the food.
Again, friendly and nice employees, great food, terribly long wait times with no explanation.
If this ever changes or if I get a reasonable explanation as to why this is happening, I would be happy to change my rating.

Traveling from MS. Why the hell the bathrooms have codes? And when I went to ask for the code I stood there for a good 5-10 minutes and about 3 employees made eye contact with me and not a single one said a word. Where’s the customer service gone to? Some old man was standing right in front of me with the drawer full of money in his hands. Not to mention we were already confused when we got here because none of y’all’s lobby lights or signage is on to let people know yall are even open.

Wow! The first time in a long time where my son and I went to a fast food restaurant and everything was fresh and in the bag. They’re not skimpy on the sauce or napkins! They even remembered to put the fork in the bag! Such nice young people that work there and they’re efficient and happy, they were smiling and laughing and it was great! Way to go guys! Keep it up and stay safe! Best Service ever! My mom worked at Taco Bell back in the 70s and as you can imagine it’s been a while since we’ve had good service at A Taco Bell since. These youngsters deserve a raise or a bonus. God bless! Please stay safe!

Adding to make the review worse as Uber eats was having a deal so I tried this location again, and the order was wrong and they put meat on one of the items when I ordered none (I don’t eat meat) and they put no beans on the item when it comes with beans. I hate wasting food. Read the order correctly
Forgot two of the items on the new fries, and the portion was extremely small, and put almost no filling in my burrito. Quesadilla with the add on I ordered was correct and sauces were given.

Every single time I go to this place they do not get it right. If I say “extra, extra, extra extra sauce” and get charged $0.40+ $0.40+ $0 40+ $0.40 for each “extra” why the hell is this damn burrito so dry I cant even swallow it?
