I had been avoiding this Wendy’s due to the lack of customer service. I began to see more cars. Now I know why. Eric Bush is a manager. He has inspired me to have hope for young people in customer service. He spoke clearly and with accuracy, was patient, polite, and kind. He appreciate me choosing his store and made my day brighter due to his cheerful disposition! Because of it, I walked in. I asked for his boss. In speaking with her, whose name I forgot to get, I knew instantly why he had impressed me. Her listening ear and attention to my comversation only affirmed my suspicion that this location has been turned around! They do a fantastic job! KEEP UP THE GOOD HEART BEHIND WORK ETHIC AND MENTALITY! I appreciate you!

Ordered a son of Baconater combo. This is what I got. 3/4 of a strip of bacon, only a couple drops of ketchup and barely half a container of fries (large). It also took about 7-8 mins to get the window and they still had me pull up and wait to bring out my order. I also asked for extra napkins and didn’t get ANY at all so I had to go back inside and ask for them. This is unacceptable. Worst location in CR.

Editing to show off the laughable amount of fries served to me today in a Biggie bag. It’s supposed to be a “jr” size. I wasn’t expecting anything huge, but geez! This is ridiculous! It looks like someone ate half of them already, but I literally took them out of the bag like this. To top off this crappy experience, they’re cold and kind of hard. DO BETTER WENDYS!

Drive thru cashier was friendly and food tasted fine, but service was slow and I unfortunately received the wrong order but didn’t realize that until I was at work and unable to go get it fixed. It wasn’t even noon yet and they weren’t slammed so I’m not sure what the issue was.

The absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. One time we went and it was 11:55 and they were already closed and cleaned the kitchen. Absolutely ridiculous if you don’t close until midnight. Another time we went and we stood there for 10 minutes and I finally went and asked for my order and they told me that no order had been put in and I was like that’s ridiculous I already put the order in online they told me I needed to wait. I told him I had already been waiting for 10 minutes. One girl actually went and did her job and checked and she was like oh yeah this came through 10 minutes ago. But that’s exactly the low bar customer service you’re going to get in this Wendy’s. And if they cut corners in front of the customer I can only imagine what kind of corners they’re cutting behind the scenes

Workers were all over the place and constantly talking. not even behind the counter. Forgot our drinks, then proceeded to go back inside and talk to his coworkers and forget our drinks once more. when he finally came out, he was still missing a drink. And almost dropped frosty. Manager was terrible! Kept trying to tell us we didn’t order a third drink after we literally showed our receipt! Unprofessional and untrained. Grease smells like it’s never Been changed and there were multiple teens running in and out.

Well then, what’s not to like about baconator fries, great burgers and sandwiches, hands down the BEST chicken nuggets, chocolate frosty shakes, and that chili we’ve all definitely loved over the years? Even the Wendy’s joints throughout our great country that aren’t located in the best areas, and don’t function at exactly 100% in service, quality, surroundings, etc.. are still light years better than just about any of the other major fast food brands, who’s sub par general output don’t come close.. I’m 4ever loving Wendy’s better than all the others

The last two times I went there including today, for a large cold brew chocolate flavor.. tasted very chemical like. Bitter.. just weird to explain. If I were you I’d avoid getting it. I am not the type to call and complain about that cuz the girls that work in the morning seem stressed already.

I went to the drive thru at 10:45 pm and you don’t close until midnight, but the cashier told me that the Frosty machine was already closed for the night. You are promoting Frosty Infusions as your special. She is costing you money.
