Personally, I use their app and when I think about it I’ll check it for any good promos. Every single time there is a offer to good to pass up & 99.⁹⁹% of the time I drop in to Sonic & with ordering via the app, I tell it what spot I’m located in once there. Its so easy a __________ can do it. * side note, I’ve found this location (JT) to offer friendly service, clean environment and most importantly, knock on wood, nvr had an issue with with food quality, or expectations. Slow service, but the car hop was kind. The tots were genuinely cold. The chili cheese wrap was mildly warm. Very disappointing. I pressed the button again intending to ask for tots replacement, waited 15 minutes and it just turned off eventually. I pressed again, waited five and gave up ♀️

Worker yelled at my mom over a stupid drink that she was picking up. They don’t have their stalls properly marked for pick up orders and the female worker just wanted to argue with my mom and the worker got nasty. I heard the entire interaction. This location does not hire friendly staff and the location is poorly maintained.

The girl who closes on Saturdays deserves a raise. I came through the drive thru at 11:50pm which I hate doing but I hadn’t eaten anything all day. I ended up having a somewhat…problematic order and you could tell she had a long day but she still put a smile on and did a good job. 5⭐️

I am completely disgusted. I went to this Sonic for dinner today and more than halfway through my cheese coney, I noticed the bun was completely moldy on the bottom. Management needs to do a better job at checking their inventory and making sure customers aren’t served food that can make them sick. DISGUSTING!

We usually like Sonic’s food, but tonight, all four of our blasts tasted sour, as if they had been made with buttermilk. Maybe the person who made them used a blender that had been used to make a lemony drink or something, but it was gross.

How are they still open? It never gets any better here. I haven’t been hee in months because of the food. I gave it another chance and the tots are cold and the burger is a joke. How do you wait 10 minutes for your food and it’s still cold? Close down finally.

Very disgusting how they made our hotdog! Who piles on all the mustard and ketchup like this? They also did not even toast my grilled cheese, if I wanted untoasted bread and cheese I would have just made that at home! Service took like 20 mins to get our food just for it to end up like this!
