I’m just amazed on how awful this place is, I waited about 5 minutes to be seated, and the about 5 minutes to take my drink order, the place was empty yes empty full of employees playing laughing and just doing everything except doing their job , this places is full of teenagers working and not working they are just going around the whole place the kitchen door was open and you can smell and watch how everyone is going outside to smoke to hang out to play and to be playing I got there it was just 2 takes with people and they still did not clean up what the customers left on the tables cups, plates, glad bottles etc just feel like if the entire Los lunas high school was there and playing around, except for one person a old lady around her 60s she mop, vacuum and clean the tables were on her side while I was there eating

I have to post this because it’s unacceptable. We came in on a Saturday at 945 and them closing at 12 thinking it’s enough time because I have to be the customer that shows up 15 before close…. Anyway thinking the food will be fresh it was not the chicken was cold dry and old the mozzarella sticks were still raw it did not pass the cheese pull.and I did not say anything because my husband does not like me to say anything which I understand I guess but we pay 80 for food that is not fresh or hot and something needs to change,it is not the first time obviously I’m not the only one

Food was great, service was AWFUL! Waited at the door to be seated forever. Our waitress tried to be nice and friendly but just wasn’t happening. We ordered at 630pm out good got to us 40 min later. Claimed my son’s burger took 6 minutes to cook which was a lie. Maybe it did take that long but she brought it out 20min later. Asked got mustard for my son but it was SPICY. Claimed she had no idea! Asked us to refill our drinks only one time. Waited even longer for our check. I mentioned ma’am we’ve been waiting and this is taking too long, service was slow. She stated/ oh what’s wrong with the service and said c’mon the child burger came out right away. Probably will never go back.

Tried this place again today6:16- same thing poor quality food, poor customer service, a manager who refuses to make things right, and I refuse to ever come to this place again. This could be a great place with better management and severs who are more customer friendly. The response from bww below is such a joke they will never reach out or make it right either.
Bad service, boneless wings burned crispy hard and not edible, fries sizes are less adequate and in a regular size you can count the fries. I remembered why I stopped ordering/eating here.

Been three years since I’ve been there. Nothing has changed so im ganna pretty much repeat the post from three years ago, and start with a message to the owners. You might think about reviewing your cameras, if you have them if not i would suggest you put some and train them on the end of the bar. Three years ago the same issues were brought to your attention, and tonight was no different I stood at the to go counter for thirty minutes and not one employee ask to help. There were plenty of them on shift they just couldn’t be bothered to leave the end of the bar and address any customers other then the ones that were at the bar, it was like social hour not work. How this manager has a job is beyond me. Do better!!!

The service was fine and the waitress did well. Now lets get to the food part, everything was horribly dry and the Bird dogs I tried where nasty. The bun was like dried ash and the chicken was borderline petrified, also the slaw looked like some expired dried out veggies from a walmart bag with no sauce. The bar pizza was the same and it was missing toppings. Check out the pictures.

Mmmm… the food was delicious however the experience was horrible. As soon as we walked in we noticed how dirty the place was. There was trash thrown all over the floor and tables weren’t wiped. We ordered (3 people) and waited over 30 minutes to get our food. On top of that we waited over 40 minutes for the check. We told our waitress we’re ready but she kept going to other tasks. Totally not her fault because she was the only one waiting on our section. It got to the point where we were literally going to leave a napkin with our phone number to pay when they were ready. Fortunately she finally took our payment.

We went in and waited about 10 minutes in a line with several other families just to be seated. Our friend eventually decided to find a table on her own because no one was helping us. The table wasn’t clean, which wasn’t surprising since we had to seat ourselves.
The staff told us they were “very busy because of a game,” but there were actually more empty tables than full ones, and only one waitress seemed to be working. The others were standing around talking. We ended up waiting over an hour for our food, and when it finally came out, it was overcooked. Some of the wings barely had any meat—just fried batter.
Partway through the meal, my husband took our son to the bathroom and came back saying it was terrible: urine on the walls, a sticky floor, and just overall disgusting. When I went to the women’s bathroom later, it was a little better, but still not very clean. Walking back to our table, I noticed how dirty the whole restaurant was—trash and food everywhere, and no staff in sight.
After we finished and paid, we were outside talking with our friends (who also had a bad experience), and we saw most of the workers out back taking a break together. Meanwhile, the restaurant inside looked completely neglected.
Overall, this was one of the worst visits we’ve had to Buffalo Wild Wings.
