I am really over this place. My husband and I will NOT ever be going to this dunkin again. Idc if it is convenient or not. First of all when ordering whoever the gentleman was taking my order was EXTREMELY rude. When my husband called in to ask what the issue was with the burned bacon the MOD Bobby stated he was throwing all of the bacon away because it was in fact burned so bad it was like charcoal. My question is HOW DO YOU WORK IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY AND THINK THIS IS OKAY? Children working… PLEASE if you won’t eat it don’t serve it. YUCK!

Corporate has already been contacted. This location needs better training on food safety. After I bit into the sandwich, I found myself chewing on this aluminum piece from something they obviously use. Anyway. I was fortunate enough I didn’t accidentally swallow it or have any injuries. I didn’t finish the sandwich since I was pretty grossed out.

Love the ladies who work here always taken care of your ordering for yourself or the whole office or whether it’s 4 in the afternoon or 4 in the morning you can come get your “pup cup”for your beloved animals or shot of energy however you take it the only downfall is the fact that once in the parking lot if you need to exit and head east to do so you must u turn at the next light or go through the conjoining neighborhood can be inconvenient if your in a hurry that being said this is popular establishment and can be rather lengthy line at given times generally 7am to 9am and 5 pm 630 pm so do keep that in mind another plus is there is a gas station connected so you can fuel yourself and your car for the day which is convenient there are restrooms and it’s wheelchair accessible thank you for taking the time to read my review and I sure hope it helps even just one person! Stay safe out there folks

So when u order something double check everytime .. I was in drive Through and had to waiting over ten mins for food…. also food area disgusting unsanitary station and I recommend health department go check this place out … obvious policy issues! Health violations need to be addressed…no professionalism u have children running this place.. contact me anytime

Today I was VERY impressed with the exceptional service by Devon who greeted me with a sincere smile & friendly attitude even though the store was understaffed. I noticed the extra effort that BOTH employees exhibited to keep the store working today. I pulled through the drive thru and ordered a small vanilla shake. I paid. After he handed me my change… the guy did a sneeze into his cupped right hand… then he grabbed my drink, by placing his right hand over the top of my shake, and handing it to me… of course… I just threw it away!!!

I had the most unbelievable experience at this drive-thru. The girl working was incredibly rude. I was a bit confused about the price of my order because it seemed like I was upcharged, and when I asked about it, she just said, “I don’t know what to tell you,” and then shut the window in my face. Beyond the terrible service, I ordered a bagel that was supposed to have cream cheese, but there was barely any on it—it looked like a tiny dab. To top it off, they charged me five dollars for this bagel. Absolutely unbelievable and the service was horrible.

I generally don’t leave negative reviews and my complaints are not against the store but the brand. Weak hot coffee and any hot food just isn’t good. I’d rather visit WaWa or even 7-Eleven.

I asked for oat milk, which they were out of. She said they have almond milk (not a fan of) and I said that’s fine but can you add a little extra caramel so I don’t have to taste the almond milk.
I asked are you going to charge me extra for the caramel even though you’re OUT of oat milk…Poor customer service…I walked out. I pass this Dunkin every day going to work. I will not be back.
