I feel super bad for the customer having to wait on this lady trying to prove a point to a doordasher thats brand new.
Also I understand Spanish and her and the guy there were talking shit about me infront of me thinking I dont understand.
I wouldn’t go here if you want food or service. They ignore you and yell at you.
I am fully Deaf, and she still refused to help me or write anything down. I got so upset that I cried and freaked out because I couldn’t understand what was going on.
Thank you to the lady who doesn’t work here who helped me and explained that my order didn’t go through.
I was trying to redeem an offer on my app because it was free item. I don’t know if my order was in or the app went in because the employee walked away from the register since it was the end of the shift. I didn’t get a receipt since the tab didn’t close yet. When I got my receipt, my order was sitting on the counter for like 7 minutes since they finished my order without finalizing my order.
Get a kiosk to boost efficiency at this point.
I had to contact McDonald’s customer service to try to get my money back. With so many other McDonald’s locations available, I would avoid this one.
What made it worse was that after taking our order, she started talking to someone else — clearly about us — in a disrespectful and unprofessional way. It was uncomfortable and completely unacceptable.
Customer service like this makes people feel unwelcome. I hope management looks into this and addresses the behavior seriously. No one should be treated that way.
