Our visit to Morton’s The Steakhouse was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. We had reservations to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, the food was perfectly prepared, and the service truly made the night special.
A huge shoutout to Trent, our server, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience unforgettable. He was professional, attentive, and had excellent recommendations for starters, the steaks and desserts. Every detail was taken care of, and his friendly personality made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated.
From the perfectly cooked steaks to the decadent desserts, everything exceeded our expectations. Morton’s has always been known for quality, but Trent’s top-notch service made this visit stand out even more.

We spent New Year’s Eve here and it was the perfect choice! The atmosphere was spot on and made for such a memorable night. Huge shoutout to our server, Trent—he was incredibly attentive and accommodating. I don’t think my Coke was ever empty for more than a minute! Fantastic service and a great vibe.

I was dining solo and, to be fair, they became rather busy. However, I had to hunt down the bar tender to cash me out after waiting 20 minutes. I had the miso seabass, lobster bisque, shrimp cocktail, baked potato, and sautéed Brussels sprouts. All were excellent! I was hoping for the French onion soup, but it was not available.
Dessert was key lime pie. Also excellent. Worth the price, but i think the bread was over-rated. It was a large onion hamburger bun. It wasn’t the typical high-end bread offering that I was expecting. Overall, a good experience that I would be willing to repeat.

I ordered an 8 oz filet mignon and my wife had a rack of lamb, but I found the lamb tasted much better than the filet. I like the filet mignon from the Longhorn steakhouse in Richmond Virginia, it was sautéed much better than the Morton’s and also much softer.
As a Canadian that had been to the Keg Steakhouse in Vancouver BC and Longhorns in the States, I didn’t realize that the filet mignon doesn’t come with any accompaniment. We did order a creamed spinach, but baked potatoes go great with steaks. I will remember to order an enhancement of baked potato next time at the Morton’s.
I really like the managers going around to talk to each table, making everyone feel like VIP.
Also don’t forget to order the cheesecake for dessert. It tasted really good.

Morton’s Steakhouse was phenomenal! We had the best service, melt-in-your-mouth fillet, and huge side portions that were perfect for sharing across the table. Pair it with delicious drinks and it’s an all-around amazing dining experience.

I have to say Mortons Steak House is truly the best restaurant I’ve had to pleasure to sit down at. Andrew the General Manager is amazing. I lost my wedding band the night me and my partner celebrated our 14th anniversary and the staff made sure it was a memorable dinner. The team secured my ring in their safe and when coming in to retrieve it Andrew met us at the front podium and invited us to the bar to have a couple drinks. We ended up eating dinner there again at the bar and once again rhe service was amazing. This will now be my go to place for the best steak and impeccable service possible. Mahalo Nui Loa Andrew and his fabulous team!!

We went to Morton’s for the first time for my birthday. My husband wanted to treat me to a fancy dinner. The bread was dry and not the best bread I’ve had at a restaurant and I expected more for such a fancy place. The salad was soggy and not great. Now on to my steak. I ordered a ribeye cooked medium. Once it arrived I cut into it and could tell it was very over done.. they gave me a well done steak, not medium. They made me another steak and that one came out and it was on the more rare side of medium rare. If you are a steakhouse charging $70+ for a steak, the cooks should be able to cook it right. And they got it wrong two times. The waiter, Robert, was the only good thing about our experience. He was amazing. He saw how rare my steak was and came right over and took it back to have them fix it. However, at that point I was frustrated and not even hungry anymore. The cheesecake dessert was also subpar. It was kind of hard and chewy not fluffy. After spending a total of $240 I will never return. Highly disappointed. The atmosphere was also very loud… I could barely hear my husband sitting directly across from me. Anyway, give Robert a raise and say thanks for being the only good thing these customers experienced.

Im not sure what’s going on here….. Normally a great food and great service. Tonight they should have stayed closed. Seriously. We ordered French onion soup and the bowl was warmer than the soup. The French bread was missing and the cheese not melted. After that we returned it and given it was so bad we opted to not get a replacement. Well , never the less the smash burger we ordered had a warmish bun and looked amazing. Unfortunately… after we bit into it was also cold. Yes the meat was cold and for the first time in years of eating out I wasn’t sure if the food was safe to eat. For the sake of not beating them up too bad typically the food is amazing but I can say the folks that ate at the bar with us also left their food on the table without eating it. Rough night for a classy place with a great reputation.
