Why it’s a must-visit:
• The Steaks: They truly know what they do best. The steaks are charcoal-grilled to perfection—expertly seasoned and consistently cooked.
• Top-Tier Service: The staff is professional and attentive, providing the kind of polished service you only find in established classics.
• Don’t Miss: Pair your meal with their famous truffle mushroom soup, and be sure to visit their Bake Shoppe next door for a slice of their legendary chocolate cake.
It’s the perfect spot for a quiet, high-quality dinner where the focus is entirely on great meat and classic hospitality.
Update: Once the staff finally noticed me the service became better. I ordered the lobster bisque and the waygu T-bone steak. The lobster bisque was just okay. It needed a little bit more seasoning. The T-bone was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Outside of forgetting about me for a while the restaurant as a whole was nice.
I will give this restaurant a 3.5/5 only because service is really big to me. If it wasn’t for the service I would’ve rated them a 4.6/5.
Highly recommend the Truffle Steak (perfectly cooked and wonderfully fragrant), the Baked Scallop (rich and flavorful), and the Miso Snowfish (melt-in-your-mouth perfection). Every dish shows great attention to detail and consistent quality.
The Viennese Chocolate Cake was light and creamy with the perfect balance of chocolate and coffee flavor, while the Neil’s Tavern Signature Cake had a rich, nutty layer that paired beautifully with the chocolate ganache on top.
The presentation was elegant, and you can really taste the quality ingredients in every bite. Perfect for anyone who loves classic, refined desserts.
Definitely one of the best bakery stops in Bangkok for a cozy treat with coffee!
The steak in the lunch set is notably small. While the price is reasonable, I expected more from a steakhouse. I’m glad I ordered from the regular menu, as I got a decent-sized piece of steak. The house wines are also quite nice.
The atmosphere is consistently dark, dim, and cozy, offering a sense of privacy. Parking can be a challenge, but valet service is available. Overall, it’s not a bad spot; it’s the kind of place where you know exactly what you’re going to get.
The appetizer of French onion soup was lacking in flavor. Two of our four premium steaks weren’t cooked to the desired temperature of doneness. While my ribeye steak was cooked perfectly, it was lacking in marbling and flavor. It was also not very tender which made me question it’s labeling of USDA Prime.
The included baked potatoes and steamed broccoli were also uninspired. The cocktail I had was also not very good. All in all a very average meal for an above average bill. High expectations led to a disappointing experience.
The AUS Ribeye and T-bone are amazing.
Streamed muscle and escargot are also a must.
the foods were that amazing that the camera didn’t get any chance to eat first, especially the snow fish dish!!
they served their homemade cake as a birthday compliment. again! nostalgically delicious
