This place must have the most miserable ppl working there. This is the fry they gave me and this has happened more than once. Don’t eat here if you can avoid it. They have zero clue about customer service and the food is always sloppy. Sort yourself out ppl.

Last night I went to jack in the box for dinner, not only were my fries half empty they were also cold! I went to jack in the box and had breakfast making sure to ask for my fries to be full…didn’t think I asked to much but the gal that gave me my order was very rude about it! If I did a half ass job and was rude were I work I’d be fired! Needless to say I will not be returning to the jack in the box on pines!

Anyone who is honest with themself knows that restaurants make mistakes because humans work there I am always impressed by a place that is willing to make things right and out of the Dozen plus times I’ve been here the fact that the one time there was a mistake was resolved easily and quickly and respectfully is wonderful and makes this a restaurant worth going back to. Shout out to Dallas and whatever manager helped him resolve my concern.

I used the app. I’ll go ahead and rate that for you too, !!!! It was easy enough to use however the staff at the North Pines location didn’t seem to have followed the order I made in the app. So maybe the app is great and the staff at this location was ill equipped to follow written instructions on what I wanted. Over all, the food itself was dry and poorly prepared. Not what I expected when paying $5-$9 for a burger.
Pictures are of burgers that were both missing swiss cheese, both missing special sauce on bottom bun. (That’s what comes on the burger) and if that is what they call extra lettuce… They must be from a different country were lettuce is an endangered species. (Paid .10 extra per burger for more lettuce and .50 extra for the cheese I did not get)

The menu says shakes available!! I don’t think corporate would be a fan of the the 20 + times I’ve come after 9pm and they say “out shake machine is not available.” I’m over it. I will be taking this up the line after 3 years.

Avoid this place at all costs. Especially at night. It is run by aggressive workers who will hurl insults and pretend that customers are “out of control” just to get them out of the store. They threaten to call the cops if you ask them to fix your order. The manager is apart of the problem too. She’s the worst.

Every time I’ve got to this location the people work have super rude. I just got food had to order online because the computer was being reset which is but I asked for sauce I was told no because I should of ordered it on the app. Well would love to but I couldn’t find the option to do that. I came to the drive threw tonight on Friday November 28th around midnight or maybe a little before within the general proximity. Me and my fiancé pull up to the drive through super excited for the breakfast THEY SERVE ALL DAY which was listed on their sign as well. We asked for the breakfast brunch meal and was told by the Lady manager in a snappy voice that they didn’t even have that on their menus and tried ringing us up for a completely different meal we said no of course cause that not what we wanted and we were still refused breakfast and the manager was still snappy and rude. I called the store after calling the Argonne store and had asked the manager in charge at pines what the general managers name was she didn’t tell me but told me what time the general manager would arrive at the store. I had let her know I contacted the other store and was about to ask why she had refused to serve breakfast and she blantantly hung up the phone after saying Rudely that she will let her store manager I’m going to show up which I never said I was going to do I was gonna call. I was informed by the other store this is a reoccurring thing . Kindly As a company this is something very big and hurtful to your company by First customer service is the face of your company and is defiantly very poor. I have a feeling we I weren’t the only ones that was told no about getting breakfast which than loses that store so much money cause there missing sales from employees on the clock not wanting to do their job properly and it just being lazy.

They’re struggling. No cheese on either burger, was not requested to be no cheese either. Took 10 minutes before anyone showed at the window. When someone did show up they kept snapping with “is that everything”. This is $30 worth of food here… somehow.
