When I was ordering via drive thru the guy didn’t know anything. When I asked what drinks were available he said “idk the drinks on the menu”. He was rude and didn’t care to help. He had me look up the menu to know the drink options and after I asked if they had hi c and lemonade he said yeah but never gave me the options. If you don’t care to give customers good service and be helpful than why work in a fast food place.

I’m giving 4 stars cause my order was correct and the drive-thru was quickly moving. Now I’m not going to say every time was as good. We have gotten cold fries or items forgotten. I would say at least 90% we had no issues. We might not go to a McDonald’s often, but this is still the main one we like to visit.

Don’t waste your time. This McDonald’s also no matter what you order makes you pull forward and wait while they continue to run the drive thru. Every single time. We come to McDonald’s for fast food not fresh. If I wanted to wait for a fresh burger I would go to an actual restaurant. And then once they decide to bring your food out they will stand at the door texting in their phone instead of brining it to you. What a joke this place is.

This location continues to be a disappointment, their service is slow, food quality as compared to other locations is way lower, fries are consistently cold, soggy and clearly have been hanging over the oil or sitting under the lights. Tonight, the mobile order system wasn’t working, couldn’t cancel the order so I was there over 45 minutes waiting for them to get me food and then the food was cold, fries were bad and they didnt have the pumpkin pie I ordered. They also always are missing items like chocolate milk or apple juice.

This is one of the poorest managed mcdonalds I have seen.

This is the best McDonald’s I have been to! The food is always good, fresh and tasty! The atmosphere is great, and so is the service! I also love the landscaping. It adds great curb appeal. This is the only McDonald’s I try to go to.

i ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin Meal with a Medium Iced Caramel Machiatto $6.90, Hotcakes & Sausage $4.29 with an extra hash brown $2.39. Received everything but the Sausage Egg McMuffin and when you try to call the phone just rings. Even after multiple consecutive calls to fix their mistake. Poor customer service and inability to read a screen and make sure customers have all their food. RIDICULOUS!!!

First we ordered our food and they gave us the wrong order then after that I went and reordered the sandwich we where supposed to originally get. The digital manager started speaking Spanish to the other employees infront of me instead of helping me.

So after we ate our meal I went up and asked for a small bag for the remainder of our meal to take home. The digital manager grabbed a small bag and started speaking Spanish to the employees in the back. Turning her back toward me. I waited as the employees all stopped and looked my way but non approached to help. The digital manager then finally gave me the bag and as I said to her the food was great thanks she ignored me and left quickly. Horrible management for sure.

Was happy with the food as it was great. But the interaction with the manager based off a simple miss understanding was horrible. If that is who or what McDonald’s wants to represent they will no longer getting my business. She went above and beyond to be rude. So yeah long story short if they want to treat the customers like that then no need to keep supporting them.

I stopped in to get an order of fries and went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the sink didn’t work. So with soap on my hands, I told one of the employees about it and swear to God was told, “well what do you want me to do about it? I’m not a plumber! Talk about arrogance and health violation to boot. How are the male employees supposed to wash their hands after using the restroom? I guess they get to use the kitchen sink whereas the customers don’t.
