Stopped in today for the first time. The food was fresh when we received it. Cathy took our order and was amazing! Recommended all her favorites. Needless to say our meal was delicious. 10/10 and will be returning!! 🙂

I ordered food online. Got there to pick it up and it wasnt ready. So i waited. No big deal. That just means its fresh. But i mistakenly didnt check my food and when i got home it was a plate of FAT! this looks NOTHING like the Khalua pork we usually get. I dont see myself returning anytime soon.

First time experience was ok, but not great. The macaroni salad was the best part of the meal. Rice was fine. Katsu chicken was intresting, some parts of the “chicken” were so thin it resembled baloney lunch meat, pretty gross. Staff was friendly but took a long time to revieve our order.

I don’t usually do this unless something really bothers me but today we came to eat here and one of the employees was talking bad about one of the customers that was ordering before us. I understand having bad days and working in the customer service industry but I would never say something about a customer the way this young lady did. I think this needs acknowledging and understanding why it’s not okay to do that the lady that had ordered previously to us told the employee if she can repeat the order because she is hard at hearing and she did not repeat it instead made the customer feel bad and that isn’t okay. This is one of my favorite places to eat and I was highly disappointed today

Never had any issues with this location, but I placed an online order and when I arrived, they said they were working on it. When the order was ready, they apparently called out the in-store order number, instead of my name. Customers who place online orders don’t have visibility into the in-store order number, so I had no way of knowing the order was for me. After sitting there for 20min, I asked them to check on my order. My order was apparently ready 2min after I arrived. *shakes head*

I am in disgust with this bathroom…. like it’s so simple to keep things clean!! Gross! Never ever coming here ever again. I could only imagine how dirty the kitchen area is. Do better than this!! Bathrooms should be checked more frequently due to how nasty this is!!

Food is always great tasting usually super busy. I’d give it more stars but the fact they haven’t had other options other then a large drink for the past year is baffling. To top it off after asking for the hundred time this year I look over behind the beverage cooler and there is a whole stack of the small size. This to me seems like an upset strategy and not cool. Won’t keep me from coming back but definitely worth addressing.
