This is one of the few places that I can honestly say they did a fantastic job. Excellent service from the moment we walked in the door. Horrible customer service! Window employee didn’t understand the order, then didn’t take the coupon, wanted me to make a new line for HER MISTAKE. I would rate 0 stars just because of how rude the staff was. I can take being rude to that’s fine but I had my niece with me and we ordered to go. I asked for ranch when ordering but there was none in the bag so I asked my niece to go ask and the woman just looked at her, didn’t say anything and proceeded to throw the ranch on the counter and not say a word. She’s an 8 year old kid, come on now. Do better.

The hours of operations are wrong. They said they were open for Christmas Eve. I placed an order online and when I went to the restaurant was closed my order was $70 and I couldn’t get a refund back to four days later. I think they need to list their hours of operations correctly on the applications even on DoorDash an Uber eats. It says they’re open, but they are not

Popeyes have some of the best wings, I think I prefer the wings here than any other place. I love this location specifically, food is always fresh and customer service is always fast and friendly. That’s rare in Midland. To anyone reading this review, Y’all don’t be sleeping on these wings, trust me. Signature hot flavor is my favorite! 🙂

I tried the new Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and I honestly thought Popeyes couldn’t beat their original spicy chicken sandwich, but they did.
