Today, (Dec 19,2025) (North Little Rock restaurant), I decided to get my normal hot buffalo shrimp but when they arrived, they looked soaked in grease. I chose not to eat them because they have never looked that awful. My waitress was apologetic and I explained it wasn’t her fault. She mentioned they had changed how they prepared the shrimp and apologized again. I paid my bill and left.

Terrible terrible service. As someone who works in food service I try to be gracious and patient. We waited 20 minutes before our drink order was taken. Another 20 for food order. Our server never smiled, and spoke unprofessionally to us. I understand we probably aren’t the “typical” guests they like to serve as we had two kids with us, but we always tip 20+% and should be treated as if we were a solo male diner or a big party. I hate to complain, but this was warranted. I’ll never go back to this location.

Was in here for a late lunch on 12/7/25 and Mikenna was my server and was fantastic. Very attentive and polite and provided top notch service. Made sure I had what I needed. What I DID NOT appreciate is an intoxicated customer coming to my table and trying to assert themselves in to my own business. They made their way from the bar to my table and tried to engage me in a very condescending manner and it was not appreciated. I am more than observant and this gentlemen was drinking mugs of Miller Lite and was more concerned about me and my phone and got very nervous when I had my phone in my hand. He attempted to be very pushy and almost argumentative to me. This individual was sitting at the bar seat closest to the bathrooms at the end of the bar. He seemed more interested in chatting it up with the bartender as well who had her flock of drunks at the end of the bar.
I caution your staff for engaging with patrons in this manner as they should have stopped this behavior. Patrons harassing others is inexcusable. This was between the 2:30 to 4 time range FYI.
Fix your staff ASAP before this becomes a problem.

The food was decent. The wings were pretty dry and the flavor was just ok. The shrimp tacos were pretty good, but only had 2-3 small shrimp per taco. The service was mediocre. The drinks were never refilled and we were not checked on after receiving our food.

My order was on doordash and I ordered lemon pepper sauced wings and got lemon pepper dry, cold and rubbery wings. I also requested a gallon of lemonade. The driver was told the lemonade was apparently in a full bag of food? It didn’t even come close to the weight of the lemonade alone. When I requested a refund on doordash I received less than $6 when the lemonade alone was 7.99… I know that’s not on hooters, but what the heck man. And the tacos were just poor quality, thrown together. $68 of pure disappointment. 12 wings, 3 tacos, and a missing gallon of lemonade.. Not to mention my wings still have feathers ON them

Excellent service and Brittney was so sweet! She was a great waitress and kept everything going smoothly. We didn’t even have to ask for refills and the food was excellent as usual. The beer battered pretzels with queso are great too!

Good service. The waitresses informed me of menu items before I purchased and was able to make good decisions. The buffalo shrimp I ordered did come out a bit cold but everything else seemed like it was fresh.

Waited for a table less than a minute. Sat down. It was about 10 minutes before a waitress came to get my order. While three waitresses sat with a group of regulars at their table. All three got up at different times and walked about the dining room, never acknowledged me. As I was about to leave a waitress came and took my order. Food came out quickly and was HOT (fresh). Chicken sandwich and fries were great. Took several minutes before the waitress came back around to check, but food was delicious. So, if you don’t mind waiting for up to 10 minutes before your order is taken, unless at the bar. The food here was on point.

I know why the guys go there…and it’s not for the food. This was my very first trip to a Hooters and I probably wouldnt have pick it if my nieces hadnt of wanted to go so bad… ♀️
Place was clean, parking lot was a little tight, food was ok, waitress was….not happy she got an all female table. Overall it was not a bad experience.
