I have seen the poor service reviews. Personally, I haven’t had any issues with my food when I came here. Staff were friendly and the food was made to order.

However, it is located in a rough area and they had to “adapt.” They have to keep the door locked and an employee has to let you in. Sometimes they close the dining area all together. Nothing is self serve. The area where they used to have the napkins, condiments, soda fountains, etc is now empty space. Probably more cameras in there than in some bank branches. Bathrooms are locked.

Would not recommend stopping here after dark. Would not be surprised if this place gives up and closes.

this McDonald’s over the entire time I’ve lived here since 2019 has always been on point. The drive-thru is faster than any McDonald’s that deals with this much volume. I don’t know who owns this but they must keep their management and operations running smoothly. I avoid other McDonald’s and go to this one because they always meet expectations or better. Is it a little sketchy inside because of the location and the high volume of homelessness? Honestly yes. would I go inside at night or maybe even during the day if I were female? probably not. But imo, there are a pros and cons to living in a city. and pros and cons to this McDonald’s. for me the pros of both FAR outweigh the cons

I had a disappointing experience with my order today. My meal was missing the McChicken wrap, and despite asking for no lettuce on my burger, it still came with pieces of lettuce. I tried calling the location five times, but no one answered. I wasn’t going to drive back just for a $3 wrap, but it’s frustrating that the order wasn’t prepared correctly and there was no way to resolve it.

I didn’t even get to order. The workers were snobby and racist and I refuse to spend my black dollar where I am not wanted and where I wont be treated like the human I am. I recorded my experience as well so if you are looking to see it contact me on facebook @Treasure (no-chest) Demmings I’ll gladly show you the type of service these employees give.!! I had just finished performing at my show. We got there 30 mins before close and they didn’t want to serve us. It was really crazy that’s why we began recording the disrespect.

The men’s bathroom was in ruff shape. The employees should be going bathroom checks ever so often. The absolute last thing you want is… Use the bathroom before ordering your food and seeing something disgusting that you cannot unsee. Luckily, I didn’t lose my appetite but it came close.

Frequently shuts off the grills more than a couple hours before close. Whether it’s an apple pie, ice cream, or a sandwich…I have a 50/50 shot of being told “we don’t have any at this time”. When I ask why it can’t be made I was told “if you don’t like it you can go to another store”.

This reeks of staff artificially limiting the menu to make it easier on them. And while I’m partially sympathetic, it’s not my problem as a customer.

I went to McDonald’s around 4:07 AM with a friend who was visiting from out of town, and unfortunately, the customer service was unacceptable. The employee working the drive-thru (a Hispanic male) was rude and dismissive, giving the impression that he didn’t want to help.

I understand that the location may only be accepting cash at that time, but the way it was communicated was condescending and unprofessional. When I told him I had cash, he responded in a negative tone with, “So do you have cash or not? And then proceeded to close the restaurant even though it was 24 hours which came across as demeaning and disrespectful (considering I told him I had cash)

As a patron, I expect courtesy and professionalism, especially from a brand as established as McDonald’s. This interaction left both me and my guest with a very poor impression.
