Reference: Dec 18, 2025 and days before and after. If there was an award for drive through attendant taking orders who really needs a lot of training, this person needs to be in first place. Just terrible.

Hit or miss customer service and drive through experience.

Nov 11,2025 –. Wonderful drive through experience. The lady was friendly and helpful and did not rush me. There were no customers in front of me or behind me. I gave her a complement on the service. I don’t know her name but she was the morning shift manager. She needs to train everyone who takes orders at the drive through or inside at counter.

Dec 18,2025 — Second time in a few days. Drive through person was Freeman. Not the same drive through experience. Very abrupt, does not seem as friendly and acts like he is in a hurry. I ordered a Single Combo. He then said something like “Is that all?”. I ordered more stuff because wife and daughter wanted something. I ended up spending $45.18.

Maybe he was having a bad day but he did this twice to me. My daughter and wife were in a car the past week and had same experience with him. We have no idea of what is going on but just an attitude towards us, maybe he does not like his job, stressed out, etc, but dude, don’t take it out on the customers. Talk to your manager. Get some help and training. I did this for years and years so I know what it is like when I was in my 20’s working fast food.

Wendys needs to step up their game. Go do some surprise checks on drive throughs. Listen. Go in parking lot and as survey customers on experience.

Go across the street and place order at small Scooters Coffee, go to Starbucks, go to Brauns across the street, drive down Custer Road and visit McDonalds, Sonic, Arbys, etc. Check out the Customer Drive Through Experience. See how your store matches up and where it needs a lot of improvement before you start losing customers and business. There are so many places to go to but I don’t need to be treated so rudely.

This Wendys Drive Through Experience and needs more training. Always have people on the microphone taking orders, sounding pleasant that they are happy you are a customer, always suggest something like an size upgrade, salad, snack items, etc. Smile. Thank customers for their orders.

Here is the worse part. If my Wendys drive through experience is this bad, see my photos below.

1. How hard is it to actually look inside the drink cup BEFORE YOU ADD ICE or SODA??? My daughter notice this. There is a plastic condiment cup in her drink. Nobody caught this or didn’t care or pay attention to a simple job????

DO YOU SEE HOW BIG THAT CONDIMENT CUP IS IN MY LARGE DRINK? WHY IS IT IN MY DRINK CUP? EMPLOYEES ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION OR DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS TO NOTICE THIS?

2. Got home and found out I did not get the second order of french fries. I paid $10.49 for the second combo. This is the one with container cup but no fries.

Attention to details people!!!

This store location needs serious training!!!

P.S. They were not busy.
I did notice car in front of me stopped after getting their meal. Driver went inside with two Wendys bags. I had to wait for him to come back. I wonder if he had plastic condiment cup in his drink or missing french fries.

Who wanted to take the time to give the staff a 5 – star review. I just left their drive through with getting the best customer service. I didn’t look at the time and realize that they were only serving breakfast. I had ordered lunch. Even though it’s breakfast, they offered to make me make me my lunch order for me. Great customer experience. Even if they hadn’t offered, they were still polite and courteous and would have got five stars from me.

Have been through this drive thru several times. The wait staff hurries me while I order. Act like it’s a problem to wait on me. They’ve forgotten my cookie Twice. Chili often comes without a spoon. This time I decided I’m not returning. Cold french fries.
The you g men that took my order were working around 6pm on 12/13/25.
If this was my franchise….I would hire new people. Yikes

The person taking my order didn’t use any of the common polite words did not give me my total nor asked me to pull forward. She just quit talking. The fries were super hot. The meat and the bun was cold on my bacon double meal. I would point out that I got there 20 minutes till close. I have had better experiences at this Wendy’s so just don’t go there late

The guy at the window last night already had an attitude before I could even order. I tried to be polite, not wanting to start anything but his attitude didnt change so I left before I could finish my order because he was just acting unprofessional and rude and it was just not worth it. He should quit if he doesn’t like his job, no need to take it out on the customers.

This location had a very rude and disrespectful man child who was working at the window tonight. Was not provoked
Other than just trying to order food. Talking to a female like that was crazy. Incredibly disrespectful to us while in the drive-thru so unprofessional and shouldn’t be working for any company. He was cussing and yelling out the window as we were leaving trying to provoke a actually physical altercation all to where I would’ve have made a police call type of level. We were all the way to the street and he continued to yell and cuss as we left. Was absolutely crazy and the company should watch who they hire. Period.

I just came to agree with previous commenters. The guy at the window doesn’t care about anything. The manager was right there, so I said something about his poor attitude and she didn’t care either. They just rushed me away so I would stop making a fuss about how they treat their customers. There are plenty of other places to go, Avoid this location.

Big black guy with baby dreads on 10/20 around 2pm was extremely nasty! Asked for my order, and he didn’t want to acknowledge me until his manager with the lip piercing came from restroom. Slowly slid his feet across the kitchen to pack my items then shoved my food to end of the counter and walked away. I never met this man before, so I have no idea why I was treated this way. But I hope he gets blessed soon. He definitely needs it!

I frequently come to this location, but wowie! This is the first time I experience bad customer service here. Guy taking my order through the drive thru was soooooooo RUDE! Not only was he giving me attitude, but it seems like he has no customer service at all. No, welcome to Wendy’s can I take your order, no thank you, no nothing. Everytime I would tell him my order, he would respond with a loud “WHAT!” with attitude. Like, im not talking softly buddy. I had my head out of the car also.

This is a low functioning Wendy’s location. They may be understaffed and it seems like they just barely stay afloat if you can call it that. They do have a coke freestyle machine, but half the flavors were out, something they didn’t feel any pressure to address. We had to go back to the counter several times to finally get all the sauces/straws/reward items that we ordered.
