Was my turn to order, understanding it was busy, cashier looked at me as I said I’ll have the #7 she the proceeds to tell me one sec, during that time she made a frosty, a potato, handled 4 online orders and 2 drive thru orders while I’m still standing there, during that time high school kids walked in, big line, still me in the front and still has not helped me. Waited another minute, she hands someone a water cup that asked her and someone sauce that asked her and still didn’t acknowledge me so I left. Honestly never leave reviews on anything cause I usually don’t care, but that was embarrassing. Probably the worst fast food experience I have had

Couldn’t order, because I was a walk up. App had no mention the lobby was closed. Ordering online for parking lot pickup not an option even though two spaces dedicated. And the person at the window opened the window spoke directly to me and declined to take my money and my order. 0 stars is not an option for no service. I understand employee safety concerns, but come on let’s use the technology as a service tool.

Having lived nearby for years, I’ve found this location to be very inconsistent. Some employees here are really on the ball, while others don’t seem interested in the details like how many drinks, fries or sauces you’ve ordered. The folks in the back of the house seem like they’re pretty on top of it when the order is entered correctly.

Order accuracy and staff attentiveness at this location need serious improvement.

I ordered a Double Stack and specifically asked for a full burger build (mayo, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, onion) with no pickles. What I got was just the standard toppings — ketchup, mustard, onion — the first time without pickles, the second time with pickles. So not only was the modification ignored, but the request for the correct topping set wasn’t acknowledged at all.
When I returned after the 2nd occurrence, the burger was replaced. That’s an acceptable short term solution.

However, when I politely suggested posting a note for sandwich makers to clarify what a burger build includes and to actually check the order tickets, the response I got was a vague and disinterested “I’ll think about it.” No follow-up, no accountability.

The food is fine when it’s made right, but customer service and attention to order details are lacking. If basic requests can’t be followed and feedback isn’t taken seriously, it reflects poorly on management and training.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews or escalating situations but was mistreated terribly here. Came to dine in and Lynn had took my order.. ordered a 6 piece nugget and a large fry and had received a large cup instead… after letting her know that wasn’t my order she snatched the cup out of my hands and proceeded to blame me and screamed at me. She ended up giving me basically nothing in my fry cup, I told her I could pay the remainder and kept screaming at me and blaming me. This situation made me feel uncomfortable to come back to this location. I also work in fast food as well and I understand there can be mess ups but this was outrageous the way I was treated and kicked out as well over a large fry.. Had to go out my way to contact corporate because of how bad I was treated. This felt like a bully situation honestly. 🙁

Lyubov did the best she could with it being so super busy. My only suggestion would be if you stop to listen to what a customer is missing when you hand them 1 / 4 of their items, to stop and listen. Not walk away while the customer is mid sentence.
Ive been in customer service and it gets chaotic, I get that.
She was really kind and I do appreciate that.

I went through the drive thru on 8/30/25. I only go into Portland for work and I never shop in Portland. My card was skimmed through the drive thru! The person used my card info to make a purchase at a Portland Home Depot a short time later. Luckily, I lock my card regularly or leave little money available. They luckily didn’t get away with much, but opened my eyes for sure. CUSTOMERS BEWARE..

I’m writing to express a serious concern regarding my experience at your location this evening(approximately 7:45 PM). I visited the drive-through to order food for my child, who has severe food allergies. As always, I requested that precautions be taken to avoid cross-contamination. I ordered six Jr. hamburgers with only ketchup and a large fry.

Upon receiving the order, we checked the food at the window, as we always do and discovered that all the burgers had cheese on them. Cheese can trigger a life-threatening allergic reaction in my child, which I explained to the employee at the window. She was kind and apologetic, which I appreciated.

However, when I asked to speak with the manager, the situation became deeply concerning. The shift manager, Marcos, approached and simply said “yeah” when I began explaining the issue. I mentioned that we’ve been loyal customers at this location for over ten years and have never had issues like this and unfortunately, this has happened the last three visits in a row.

Rather than taking the concern seriously, Marcos responded dismissively with, “We’re not perfect and the cooks are Spanish-speaking.” I told him I understood that mistakes happen, but the lack of care and acknowledgment was unacceptable, especially when a child’s life is at risk. He showed no empathy, no apology, and seemed irritated that I was even speaking to him. When I pointed that out, he said, “I’ve been here since 2pm and haven’t got any breaks, and I’m not trying to help anyone today.”

This response was not only unprofessional but also alarming. It’s concerning that a manager openly admits to being unwilling to assist customers, especially when dealing with such a serious issue.

To make matters worse, one of the cooks came to the window and attempted to hand us back the same incorrect food, saying it was “okay.” I reiterated that cheese could cause anaphylactic shock in my son and that it was absolutely not okay. He shrugged and walked away.

At this point, I asked for a refund and informed them I would follow up with the store manager directly.

I urge you to take this matter seriously, not only for the safety of customers with food allergies but also to address the unacceptable behavior and attitude displayed by your shift manager. I’m happy to discuss this further and hope to see improvements made to staff training.

This review has nothing to do with the staff. The directives of the ownership of this restaurant are why they got one star. I came for a breakfast burrito French toast, sticks, and I was the only person in line. When I got to the drive-through I paid I was given my drink and I was told to pull forward and wait for my food. There was still nobody in line. I waited another minute and tried my drink, and I was given a diet drink and I did not ask for diet. So I turned my car off. I walked inside to the restaurant and I had to pour my own drink after coming to the drive-through. They then handed me my food and I had to explain how this could’ve all been solved if I didn’t have to pull forward at the drive-through.

This toxic drive-through timer is why every restaurant will get a one star if they treat their customers this way this is insane and it helps nobody .

Not coming back .
