I’m leaving a review for a McDonald’s……..
Came here with my wife and the service was outstanding, when the food came out, it was delivered with a smile and a greeting as well as an “enjoy your meal”
That’s saying something, considering most places these days your food is delivered by a teenager who could care less and barely mumbles something to you if anything
When it came to the food, it was hot well prepared well seasoned and put together like it was ready for a photo shoot. I’m not even joking.
It tragically set a new standard for McDonald’s burgers that will never be matched
Demetrius was the manager on duty and he was proactive diligent and asked me if I needed a refill before I did
I’m still trying to figure out if I’m at a McDonald’s or twilight zone
Way to go, you wonderful random town Mickey D’s

Terrible service! The person taking our order sounded like she hated her life. We used the mobile app, and when I pulled up to the first window, the lady handed me the receipt and literally didn’t say anything, just turned away! I didn’t know if I was supposed to go to the next window or stay there to get my food cause she didn’t tell me! I pulled up to the next window, was handed my food, said thank you and the guy DIDNT EVEN RESPOND and just turned away, I wasn’t even sure if we had all our food yet cause he didn’t say anything, not even a youre welcome.. We got home and ate and my friends chicken nuggets were burnt, he even said they tasted charred! How do you even manage?! Mcdonalds, find new employees!

I work in Hartford alot, and this McDonald’s has yet to let me down. The food is always great. The speed if service is good too. What strikes me the most is how friendly the staff is. Keep up the great job.

We were heading down I94 and daughter wanted to stop for a quick bite. When we pulled in, there were a lot of cars in the drive through line being the lobby was closed. We thought it was worth a shot and still got in line. We waited for over 25 minutes from order to actually receiving her food. She ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and an extra cheeseburger. We got back on I94, only to realize neither cheeseburger had any meat on them! They only had cheese and condiments… NO MEAT.

Stop here for both poor and slow service. And if you ask the server why you are told a made up reason then the manager denied the reason and says you are lying. Worst McDonalds ever!!!!!

The drive thru experience is maddening.
I rarely get an order from here that’s correct. Bacon, egg and cheese biscuits manifest into sausage McGriddles. 10 piece nuggets don’t come with sauce. A plain cheeseburger transforms into a filet o fish.
If you go in and ask for sauce? You get a look that can kill because they don’t want to follow company policy.
Don’t even get me started on waiting for your order at window 2. They will have you pull forward and wait for your food most of the time, even if there’s no person behind you. Meanwhile, cars will come and go with their orders within seconds. I’ve been both the person who’s had to wait and the person who’s received their food in a flash while another poor soul waits in anguish.
Something changed at this location around March 2025. It’s just not worth it anymore. I’ve written reviews to corporate with no response. Typical for today’s society.

I ordered crispy chicken sandwich, after 13 minutes someone came out telling me that my chicken is almost ready “it was only me there”
I said that took kind a long time sorry she said we’re short in staff
I gave them 2 more minutes ans the sandwich was not there yet told them to cancel the order

I bought the McDonald’s hash brown’s but didn’t get my monopoly game piece from it. The packaging didn’t have it on it, this is the only reason I bought it in the first place anyway…I’m not happy with this at all.
