Our experience was wonderful from the beginning when Robert held the door open for us and greeted us with a big smile. The breakfast we ordered came out fast and fresh. Robert is a hard worker and keeps his restaurant spotless. He has great customer service skills and made our family feel so happy and welcome. Go Bears!

The quality here is almost always perfect. The meat is so juicy on the Dave’s Double, and the chicken is so good. Very clean bathroom, and they’re quick to deliver. Much better than Popeyes’ low standards

What the heck happened to the spicy sandwiches? They’re tiny now. All of our soda drinks which we had different ones were WATERED DOWN. My coke tasted like sour carbonated water. I will NEVER come back to a Wendy’s again. My fries had a big black fried piece of something. I threw it away because I was so grossed out. Never ever again. Stay away from all Wendy’s period.

Very unpleasant experience. As soon as I pulled up to the drive through I was greeted with “we’re closing soon”. I replied saying “one minute please”. Not even 10 seconds later I was asked “are you ready….. we’re closing soon by another employee”. I have never felt so rushed going to run to drive-through like this in my life. I hurried up and ordered two jr. bacon cheeseburgers really quick because I feared they would do something to my food. Then, when I arrived at the window, I was created with sarcasm. I don’t recommend this Wendy’s by any means. STAY AWAY!

Wendy’s is my favorite fast food, but this is probably the worst Wendy’s in the Chicagoland area. Not only do I eat Wendy’s but I deliver it for DoorDash and Grubhub. Tonight I went into the dining room to pick up an order. I was already a few minutes late to the pickup. Not only did they refuse to hand me the order in the dining room, they made me get in a line that was 10 cars long in drive through. If Wendy’s needs revenue from the apps THEY CERTAINLY DON’T SHOW IT WITH THEIR EXECUTION. Letting a remote order sit and get cold while the driver burns expensive gas in drive through is despicable. I will need a new favorite fast food place. I definitely won’t return to this store!

Whomever was in charge of hiring the staff, really knew what they were doing. The customer service is amazing. The service is so excellent, I love frequenting the restaurant, because I’ve always greeted with a smile. My fries are always hot, the food is always fresh, the service is prompt, and the environment is clean the way I am treated in this restaurant, Matches what I call old-fashioned customer service. It is always a pleasure to visit this restaurant.

If you have not tried the biscuits and gravy at Wendy’s it is definitely worth a try and the price is just right. I also find that Wendy’s out of all the fast-food breakfast serving Chains Wendy’s is by far the cheapest not to mention their breakfast is quite good. I realize that most people have their morning routines before going to work but I promise you upsetting the balance of the universe to take an alternate route to work will be worth it.
Also the coffee isn’t that bad and it’s cheaper and the cup sizes are bigger then McDonald’s Duncan and Burger King.
