2/9/26 @ about 1:15pm. This location did not disappoint! It’s been a very long time since I’ve had a burger and fries. It’s a rare treat and will be a long time before I do this again so I’m very glad I chose this Wendy’s for my treat! I got the #+1 Dave’s combo with fries and diet coke. It was perfect! Seriously so fresh and good (burger and fries were hot and fresh). Burger had just enough toppings without being “soupy”. Fries were hot and fresh, no rancid oil taste, not too crunchy, not soggy. The drink was mixed correctly. The service was fast. The lady at the window was really nice. Well done! Thank you!

I’ve been going here for about 9 years and specifically leaving my review for the first time due to Drews excellent service! When I go Wendys and Drew is there he is such a kind, professional, patient, and overall joyful person! He is consistently a pleasure to see and I just wanted to take the time to recognize how awesome he is! He is most definitely an asset to Wendys!

Love this location. Something good is going on here as it was packed. Eclectic crowd. Even the homeless buy their meals here. Very friendly and efficient DEI staff. Good hot coffee. Good food. It’s got that big city vibe going on. I feel comfortable here. Highly recommended.

Been to this Wendy’s a few times always told people about it being the better one but tonight they failed did 2 mobile orders just two double stacks and a jr fry heard inside while sitting at the window they had to tell each other what was going on got the food cool drove off everything was wrong they made one double stack with one patty and no mustard other with no mustard two patty’s went back they had a hard time making 2 more burgers and they still got it wrong again didn’t feel like going back a third time I guess I’ll take the 4 wrong burgers and go home never going back to this Wendys there’s better ones a few miles away patty on the right is the single patty they put on the first burger which should have been two patty’s but only one and the other one two proper patty’s they had new people but most inside were joking and talking rather than working do better

Saturday February 21st time 8:57 I left Wendy’s 15 minutes ago. Atmosphere was horrendous co-workers cursing at each other. Yelling and acting a fool and one of them just walked out. Manager on shift was absolutely useless in deescalating the situation in front of guests and other staff. I used to work there many many years ago and it was never that bad. Don’t think I’ll ever go back to that Wendy’s

Every time. They screw up my order every single time. This has been happening for a couple years. I swear I’m not going back …then…. I think nah they’ll get it right this time. And good lord they never do! First word problems, but getting home hungry and realizing they’ve screwed up your order again …. Don’t understand why this store can’t get it together.

I stopped by this Wendy’s on South US 19 near Walmart at 11:30 this morning. Ordered a large chili to go. When I got home it was half water. Not much meat in it. First time this has happened at this location. Usually a good fast food location and good service. Just wanted to let others know before you stop here!

I don’t understand how a restaurant can be this incompetent. Both this location and the one in Dunedin ALWAYS get my order wrong. Wrong side, sauce I’m allergic to on the wrap when that’s the ONLY request to customize (no sauce), the drink is either completely different or has no syrup in it so it’s awful. Please get your staff some training. I’ll be going to Checker’s instead.

Waited in LINE for 10 minutes, only 2 cars ahead of me.n And again, my food was cold, just like the one in Dunedin no 1 ever responds to you so I don’t even know why I’m doing this, but just to let other people know I figured it took so long because they were making them fresh. But I guess not cheese was not melted. And the sandwich was like it came out of the refrigerator.
