This Long John’s always delivers fresh hot food. The service is always great and everyone there is a pleasure to speak with. I have had Long John’s in several cities and states and this is the best I’ve ever experienced. I also love that it still looks and reminds me of my childhood with my parents and grandparents. The staff has kept that friendly demeanor of the past. I had to check the sign outside because it feels like Cheers where everyone may not know your name but will treat you like an old friend. Keep up the good work.

Staff is horrible and disrespectful I walked to the counter and the young man asked what do you want to order Bubba… I couldn’t believe what I just heard, I asked who are you talking to, and he said he calls everyone Bubba. After a brief exchange of words, this staff member ain’t qualified to deal with the public. The manager in the back came out and apologized for his treatment towards me, and she said she hears him call everyone Bubba. I told him I’m reporting you well here’s my review.

I did not get what I paid for. Uber eats was fine. Now, to the business. I was shorted 2 chicken planks. I tried numerous times to call….no answer. I don’t care about compensation. They can keep it. I am mad about the situation. And, no one answers the phone. I am hungry. I will do things different now. I did not get what I paid for. And after numerous calls….no one answered the phone.

5 star review! Food was delicious, staff was very polite and courteous of us having a baby with us. They even made sure to not add the crumblies to the Mac and cheese for her. We will be back and dream of the fries and malt vinegar until then.

My stepdaughter sent me an $50 e-gift certificate to Long John Silvers for my birthday. When I tried to use it to pay for a two piece fish meal, they would not accept it , said they had never seen one before, and they didn’t know how to redeem it. The manager, Mr. Cartwright, came out and said he didn’t know how to redeem it either, he comped me the meal, and said he would call the office next week and find out how to redeem it. The following week I stopped at the store just after opening and saw Mr. Cartwright again. He was very nice and said he would call the office and find out how to redeem it. He took my name and phone number and said he would contact me when he learned how to process it. That night he texted me that he had called the office and did not get a response but left a message for them to call him as soon as possible. He said he would contact me when he got an answer. After not hearing anything for a week, I stopped in the store again, saw Mr. Cartwright again, and he said he had been out of work a few days, but that he would contact the office again and he would contact me when he got an answer. I have not received any communication in a week. Every time I contacted Mr. Cartwright he was very pleasant and wanted to resolve this issue. Apparently corporate Long John Silvers sells gift certificates, does not train or instruct store employees how to redeem them, and will not respond when store employees call them to resolve the problem.
I won’t be getting any more gift certificates to Long John Silvers.

Came here 3 weeks ago, Food was good , hot and fresh! Cheese curds were the best we’ve ever had from anywhere, upcharge is worth it for these! The coleslaw was fresh and tasty!
The gentleman with all of the tattoos/face tattoos (named Freddy) was beyond stellar! He was up front and taking food to drive thru customers, working hard,very friendly, had excellent customer hospitality. It’s very rare you see a hard worker like him in the food service industry so I had to give him recognition/ appreciation because many hard workers don’t get recognized like they deserves. He’s a keeper and deserves a raise!
There is also a coin game up front, which is cool to see because Taco Bell used to have that and a lot of places had that back then but don’t have that coin display anymore, please keep it forever!

They are so quick to get the food fresh and ready. I came through to pick up food for a bunch of people, got 3 baskets of chicken during a lull time (3:30pm) and they made it fresh and was done so quick.
