Hands down the worst Dunkin you can ever find. The staff is unhappy working here and they make sure you know it. The place is filthy, they can’t take orders at the counter due to dunkin policy but I couldn’t find the grilled cheese sandwich on the kiosk and they refused to assist. The hashbrowns were squished and the avocado toast was a joke- little bit of guacamole just slapped on a cold toast. Disgusting.

Worse than any other DD I ever been before. Customer service terrible. Place was messy and only a few donuts left. I bought a Sabrina’s Strawberry refresher and not only I told him, “it looks like you are adding a lot of ice”, he added so much oat milk and it didn’t taste good, I told him and he just didn’t care and walked away from me.

We ordered a croissant with grape jelly for our kids. However, the staff refused to put the jam on the croissant and instead told us to do it ourselves. This was very surprising and disappointing. I would like to know if this is part of Dunkin’ policy or rules, because it does not reflect good customer service.
The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful, which made our experience very unpleasant. We expect better service, especially when ordering something simple for children.

A nice place to stop by with some unique mini bagels. They offer a great variety of freshly baked donuts, perfect for the first bite of the day. However, two downsides were the broken and dirty bathrooms and the lack of ketchup for the hash browns.

Worse Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Walked in with no one behind the counter. Someone hanging out at the tables called to someone to come out. All I wanted was a simple large bold cup of hot coffee. I swear you would think I was asking for something they’re not use to serving. Incredible. I’m from NY, this place wouldn’t last a day where I lived. Great coffee, great service and a SELECTION of hot coffees there. Won’t be back!

I get the same thing all the time from my local Dunkin, and this was not good. Bagel used for the sandwich was kind of hard, maybe old? Coffee was fine, though. The only employee I interacted with was very sweet, but I’d avoid this location.

Absolute garbage service. Walked in the lobby to place my order. 35 minutes later and having to ask twice where my lowly bacon egg and cheese on a croissant was, out came the pathetically made, barely warm, joke of a sandwich. Over a half hour of standing there watching unqualified people try to make food products in between phones and making videos… It’s dunkin donuts. We’re fried as a society if this is the next generation of workers. Absolute embarrassment. And oh yeah, the food sucked. And don’t get it twisted, EVERY single Dunkin in the Stroudsburgs are garbage. It’s a sad, far cry from what it used to be.

the drive-through is open, they sure know how to make a hot latte and Donuts are very fresh. Recently I found that during the week they have a new barista and the coffee is too dark and bitter. However, on weekends it’s great. The pumpkin donuts are delicious but they run out fast. Dunkin donuts at 246 N Courtland St
