My main issue is with the management here or the “policy” of having a timer for the workers to get a drive thru order out. It’s 25 degrees out and this stupid timer is making the staff give us a choice at the drive thru to either pull up away from the drive thru, OR just come inside which feats the entire purpose of a drive thru.
I feel terrible making a cashier come outside in 20-30 weather, without jacket or sweater. Taco Bell management should care more about this ASAP. It’s a horrible policy. There’s NO ONE behind me. There should be nothing wrong and it should be understandable making a customer wait at the drive thru. It’s better than making them come inside OR making the cashier bring the food outside in freezing cold weather!

Everything is always made well, and whoever is working through at any time is always kind. The team at this location really does care about the work they do, it’s clear in the presentation of the food. Tacos stuffed and layered well, and everything nice and neat. Thank you guys for taking pride in your work, it shows!

I was going through the drive through to pickup two door dash orders. I was told to join a line of parked cars. When I pulled over, there were people walking up to the window asking and waiting for orders. The woman at the window was speaking very rudely to waiting customers. She was stocking condiment packets, sweeping the floor and wiping down counters instead of serving the waiting customers. When she was seen leaving the store via the front door hugging someone in the parking lot. I waited one hour for two order. I waited so long my Door dash customer called me from the app twice find out why the order was so late. I put my customer on speaker to question the rude employee directly. When my customer called, she stated prepared my order.

Kid likes taco. We drove about 6 miles one way in the storming and spentabout $8,5. And here is we got in the pic. Terrible experience with taco this time.

I never leave reviews unless it’s something extreme. I went to this location on Wednesday, 8/20. I waited 40 minutes for my order; one person, myself.
I had just come from the Dollar store across the street, and checked the time on the receipt. I couldn’t believe it took 40 minutes for my order. Is it possible the time on the receipt was wrong? Maybe, but doubtful.
The staff was fine, but obviously short handed. I post this in the hope that management makes the necessary changes to help the staff and speed up service.

I tried to use the bathroom before I ordered the food and I was rudely kicked out for no apparent reason. One of the workers was very disrespectful and even sprayed me with the hose when I left. I couldn’t even try the food. TERRIBLE!!!

Shut this spot down already. They are ALWAYS under staffed n never have what half the menu offers. And when u do order food u gotta wait nearly 45 minutes for your food.
