It’s Starbucks. Service was great, the employees always seem to enjoy being there, which makes for an incredibly nice experience. And it’s on the coast with amazing views from everywhere.

I normally do not have any issues at this location, but my most recent visit was less than satisfactory. I was purchasing a metal water bottle and wanted to use stars to save a little money on it. The young woman at the counter, Breanna, was very kind, friendly, and quick to assist me, but she ran into an issue redeeming my stars, and after repeated attempts, requested assistance. Now there were actually quite a few employees in this location, as there seemed to be some sort of gathering, or meeting, going on. For some reason, with that many employees, it took a while for her to actually get someone to help her. She finally got the attention of a shorter woman who appeared to be a lead or supervisor of some kind. The supervisor was not kind, she made it obvious she was displeased with being bothered for help, and was unnecessarily rude to Breanna. To make matters worse, she didn’t even help, she made an irritated half effort of an attempt to fix the issue before disappearing. Breanna remained calm and polite the entire time. We eventually got the issue resolved, but it was sad to see someone having to deal people that have no business being in any kind of management position.

We were the only people in the store when we ordered and had to wait 10 min for the first of 3 drinks. Then another 5 for the second. Meanwhile between the 1&2 drink more people walked in to order. They started getting their drinks before the 2nd drink.
20-25 min later still haven’t received the 3rd drink. Asked the teller and she didn’t know why it wasnt made. The 2 managers butted in and still didn’t make the drink. Asked for a refund as we were needing to go to make an appointment with family. Short manager got rude with us and made a fuss. I said it was rude not to make a drink or 3 when we were the only ones in the store and 2 people in the drive thru.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit. Despite being the only customer in the store with four employees present, I waited far too long for anyone to even acknowledge me, let alone take my order. No one greeted me, and my order was never taken. The “manager” walked to the register, opened it, closed it, and then walked away without saying a word. After being completely ignored, I decided to leave. Very unprofessional experience.

Always super friendly, fast service here. This store is always clean. They have a great outdoor seating area. Parking lot is easily accessible from any direction u are headed.

Why dont Starbucks employees greet people when they walk in? They dont even say hello when waiting at the register! I hope they learn better customer service.

Stopped in on a road trip and really pleased with the service. Pablo made a drink that was no longer on the menu and did it very quickly. Best service I’ve had in a long time

I placed a mobile order at 7:30 did not get my drink until 8:05. I understand they were a bit busy but when I did finally get my drink all of the ice was melted and it was warm. I go to this one often because it’s on my way to work but it has not been worth it lately staff has been unfriendly and the coffee has not been good.
