This is an unpleasant place from start to finish. Every time I come here, they have problems with service, and the food is cold. When I have a few free minutes to stop by and pick up my lunch, they always have problems with my order, but when you start asking them what the problem is and why I have to drive through again, after 5 seconds they say that everything is ready. So what is the problem, because either it really exists and cannot be solved in a second, or it is simply invented by staff who are too lazy to do their job properly!

The food is always wrong, whether you order in or through take out or delivery. Also, the stuff will swear at you when they mess up and give you the wrong food. I consistently have issues with this particular location. Today, I ordered a double cheeseburger meal, an à la carte double cheese burger and à la carte fry, and half of my food is missing. There are no safeguards or quality checks to make sure that the customers are getting the food that the paid for.

The morning crew is amazing and always gets the job well done, however the evening crew is filled with a bunch of teenagers who are not properly trained or they simply don’t care.. They are always getting the orders wrong. The evening crew is always on their phones or with their AirPods and not focus on their job. Most definitely not recommendable in the evenings!!

Came into the restaurant @ 9:50p.m. Ordered food from the kiosk and put to dine in. Restaurant had the biggest section of seating area blocked off with a sign that said “do not enter”. Only a small section of tables were being allowed to sit at. The seats were full. When we asked if we could sit at one of the other tables, we were told “No. Those tables have been cleaned.”.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Every time I’ve ordered from them thru the mobile app for delivery they messed up my order. Now I have to try and contact doordash support to get a refund. Terrible customer service all around. Im never ordering from this location ever again!

Met some friends for breakfast before church this morning… this location was fairly clean and the staff was friendly. I know it’s McDonald’s, it’s suppose to be predictable; but that is not always the case. However, this location met the McDonald’s expectations for fast food breakfast. The atmosphere and upgraded interior makes this a great meeting spot.
