Headed home from vacation, we stopped in for dinner. The staff was sweet but the young lady that served us was amazing. They were able to accommodate our group of 8 and did it with a smile. Food was good and had so much flavor.

I have always stopped here for crawfish enchiladas whenever I have the opportunity to travel through Shreveport. I’ve done this for years. This year on December 26, 2025 we stopped for dinner. On December 27th I looked at my bank statement and my $45 bill turned into $103. I immediately got my receipt and called the restaurant to speak with a manager. I spoke to a Hispanic man named “Andy” who apologized but then proceeded to tell me that if he refunded me that the waitress would have to pay the difference. This was clearly an error by the restaurant and not my problem. He then says that the error must have been because of multiple receipts at our table. I explained it was just my husband and myself at the table. He says he will have to check his cameras and call me back the following day. I asked him if he would like to know the information off my receipt such as date, time, table, waitress to which he stated no he doesn’t need the information. Still haven’t received a phone call back from “Andy”. He also had stated that I would need to come in if I wanted a refund to which I stated I lived 5 hours away. No excuse for this, I have always highly recommended this restaurant, I will no longer bother to stop or recommend. This place is managed by someone who doesn’t belong in management and should be ashamed of taking advantage of travelers. Do NOT recommend! Stay far away from this location.

In my opinion this is the worst nickys. It has nothing to do with the service. The food is always hot and made fresh. However, Their sour cream sauce always looks and tastes funny. I just tried the birria tacos tonight and the consume is so thick, it’s thicker than their salsa and bright red like straight tomato sauce. The customer service is always on point and they are very nice and friendly. Sadly the food is just not it here. The drinks are great as well but I would consider the other two locations over this one.

I went there. It wasn’t busy, I couldn’t get service. When someone finally asks if we had been served. She gets our order and doesn’t come back. I ordered a bowl of queso, someone else brings me a half a bowl; when I ask I’m told that’s what it is. Ok fine, I can live with that. I never get the rest of my apps I ordered. After a long wait I decide I have had enough and just want to leave. I let them know to cancel my order as I’m leaving. The server followed me out to tell me a friend of mine had paid for my food and they were going to box it up. I get home and am missing 2 meals. I call and the manager tells me that “I got a free meal and am still complaining”. Just because my friend paid my food meant that got to profit my missing meals.

Ate there twice, once to go and the other dine-in. Shrimp enchiladas one day and crawfish enchiladas the next. Both times the food was amazing, especially for the price.

We stopped here for dinner on a Sunday night – it was very crowded! We enjoyed their Crawfish Nachos and Trio Fajitas. They were great about refills for drinks and chips!
