My husband and I stopped at this location yesterday.Because we were given a gift card at Christmas. He ordered a barbecue chicken sandwich and I ordered the bacon mac and cheese bread bowl. First I thought it was beyond bizarre that no one even called our name, they just sat the bag up on the counter.And after a few minutes, we realized that that might be our order.Because they weren’t calling any names. He checked it to make sure it was correct.And he looked at me and said , you don’t want something else , that’s all you’re getting for dinner? I said yes, it should be plenty.I’ve had them before, although it’s been a long time.And he has never been there. When I got home, I had a tiny container of Mac and cheese that equal to about 5 spoonfuls and a ripped off piece of bread of which is pictured below. this isn’t even close to a bread bowl and as you can see in the photo I took one bite and it made me so mad I had to take pictures and complain .I couldn’t even eat the bread because it was so hard. I threw it away.I included a picture of the receipt to show that it is what we ordered. First, if they were out of bread bowls or something like that, they should have asked me because I would have changed my order.Second , the amount of mac and Cheese I was given wouldn’t fill a toddler.My four year old grandson eats more than this at a sitting. So i’m not sure what the problem was , but it was awful and I ended up having to eat ramen noodles for dinner , so thank you but we will not be coming back. Im really glad we did not pay for this , but someone did!
It’s a shame because the location is very nice.And atmospheric.Also very clean. I did use the bathroom before.I left and it was very clean which is a big deal to me.Always , but the service and the food was terrible all the way around

We usually stop at Panera Bread restaurants on our vacation trips and this Panera was great. My wife used one of the self ordering stations and it was easy to use however it was not accepting the points we had even though she had put her phone number in. One of the ladies behind the desk offered to help and she was able to input our points in their own station. The latte coffee was good. The Chipotle chicken sandwich and barley bagel were delicious. The egg and cheese sandwich was OK. Surprisingly all their sandwiches look like samples to me and I have to order at least two to feel less hungry;) Thanks Panera.

I absolutely love this Panera location. They have a wonderful indoor and outdoor seating arrangement. This cafe has counter seating and a lobby full of natural light.
The store is extremely clean and wonderfully decorated. In addition, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
There is plenty of free parking in the parking lot.

I literally asked for a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup with grilled chicken and a baguette. I was told it was a charge when I called before and inquired about it before getting there. And I was ok with it. I literally asked for it and got the receipt for proof of what I asked for just for me to get all the way home and not have the chicken. It seems like they just threw it together with no good customer service thought to check it like this is not what I wanted I want what I paid for. I expected to get what I paid for not to be robbed of my hard earned money. Like is this what yall stand for? To be know to steal from customers. Like I don’t even what to eat this because I was set on what I paid for. I want my money back!

An internal training event took up half of the dining area. Tomato soup was under the tabletop and got on our daughter’s clothes. My wife stepped in mac-n-cheese. Three meals totaled $43.

I do visit this place regularly. Today Mr. Joseph services were way above expectations and excellent. He checked us many times during food consumption to see if we need anything else.

The food poisoning was real last night. I constantly try to warn off my wife from ordering from this place because they frequently mess up her order, usually by adding meat into salads where no meat is ordered. She can’t eat meat so she usually just throws it away and find something else to eat. She never even complains. This has been going on for years. But last night was the worst. She ordered a salad as usual with avocado, which you have to pay extra for. I ordered the bacon turkey bravo, reluctantly. I have not liked this place in a long time, but we needed dinner as we just got back from a long road trip. The avocado in her salad was white with brown streaks throughout it. Avocados are green. This clearly was not good. So she threw it away and just ate the rest of the salad. No meat this time, so it was ok. I on the other hand, ate about half my sandwich before I started feeling like something was off. I threw the rest away to be safe. Sadly it was not safe enough. I spent the entire night throwing up and I’m sure you know the rest that comes with food poisoning. Their food will not be ordered here again. Good luck to you if you see this and still want to chance it. This place is the worst.

Great customer service, the Lady at the window truely understood with the customer how items on the menu become unavailable as the day comes to an end. Once the order was completed, they had all the items in the bag but had forgotten to add my Salad. They called while I was on the way home but I tend to not answer my phone while driving, I called back, an after deciding on what to do, they drove my Salad out to my house! Fully understand the complexity that happens when a restaurant preps, cooks, packages, and hands off food.So thankful that this Panera bread understood and took the additional time and drove my missing Salad to my home. Definitely an “A+ with Xtra credit” for effort. Thank you Panera on Prince William Parkway.

I like this Panera location. It is in a very convenient location, perfect for meeting with friends or clients. Plenty parking, clean bathrooms, great healthy food. I had the hot chili and the Italian sandwich, the choose two option. I had a hot tea with honey. My friend had the same thing I did.
